Vision Clinic at Foxhill

I have been going to the Vision Clinic for the past 3 years. I have alway had a great experience with the entire staff. From Check-in, a thorough checkup with the eye Doctor, to check out. Usually in and out within 30 minutes. Everyone is friendly there

Bad customer service! My son had a 240p appt. We got there right at 240pm. We had to wait atleast 5 min to be addressed by a receptionist. We got checked in and filled out the new client paperwork and was not told we needed to have it turned in within minutes to keep the appt. We waited from 3pm till 335pm and no one addressed us. I had to ask how much longer and I was told the Dr. was with a client and she would ask and get back to me. At 355p the receptionist informs us that the Dr. had to skip us (which had already happened 2x in that hour) because the paperwork was not in the computer by 3pm. I asked how much longer it would be and I was informed that his appointment is canceled and he can't be seen. I would assume it's the receptionists job to know the schedule and know if a client can't be seen due to timing and she spoke as if she was unaware. We have been going to Eye Care at Unioin Station in Lakewood for over a decade and they are Amazing, but we live in Greeley and needed a new place. I canceled my Sat appt here and they lost 4 new loyal customers over customer service. Had she told us they needed to cancel sooner than an over an hour later and without me having to ask, I would have accepted that and rescheduled with them.

Dr Smith is awesome, I loved taking my kids and myself in for exams. She was always super kind and patient. Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk was unable to determine my insurance information for some reason. The first time I visited last October, I was overcharged $80; they said they would credit my account. After informing them that my insurance covered the retinal scan and the contact fitting. Not an issue, when in again last week, I was told I owed $10.50 after the credit was applied. Since I was in a rush I asked for a printout of charges to my account so I could look into the issue. Figured out they changed me $32 out of the $80 I was overcharged last year. Not accurate but it was a year ago, not fighting that issue. After speaking with the bookkeeper, she determined I was in fact owed a $40 refund. She took my card information, apologized for the situation. Because I like Dr Smith and I understand insurance can be tricky, I was willing to let it go, not an issue. Until Monday morning, I checked my bank account, and there's indeed another charge on my account, no refund. I spoke with the bookkeeper again, and she informed me that she had done a refund before I spoke with her. I asked how she still had my card information, and she informed me she dug it out of the shred bin. It is illegal to keep somebody's card information, written down without their consent. Still waiting to see if it get a refund but I will never trust this place again.

We've been dedicated clients since we moved here 5 years ago. We love the doctors, but unfortunately, every encounter we've had with the front office, specifically James, has left something to be desired. We came in back in October 2025 for a frame replacement. When we went to pick up the replacement frames, they told us that the lenses were under warranty and could be replaced as well. I called back in February, only to be told that the lenses stopped being under warranty in 2025 and that the person who told us the lenses could be replaced looked at a scratch replacement policy instead of a lens policy. This is the second time that there has been no follow up about ordered products (or thought to be ordered products). Sadly, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Excellent eye exam! Quick, thorough, and super friendly staff. I felt well taken care of.

I ordered progressive safety glasses. They had blurring issues, especially with distance. They remade them several times, but we're not able to correct the problem. I do not have these issues with normal progressives. In the end I could not use the glasses and returned them. No refund or any type of remuneration was offered.

Great experience. Timely, didn't have to wait. Dr. Harvey was profession, personable, and caring as is typical of him. The office staff were the same. Thank you all.

Dr Smith was very organized and covered every aspect of my needs and concerns. She is a consummate professional.
