Dr. Lopez and staff are absolutely outstanding! I was working on a vehicle and ended up with something in my eye. After calling several places including my regular place and being told head to the ER.... I called Dr Lopez they got me right in and fixed me up even giving me some drops for comfort while I had a short wait. Everyone was friendly and professional. Seems my little accident helped me find my new eye place! Give this place a try they're great!

Went in for a new prescription then realized the Dr was doing a full medical exam. Told her I only wanted a prescription.
6 months later I start getting bills in the mail for full medical exam.

Dr Lopez is very kind and knowledgeable. The front desk staff is AWFUL. I don't have words for how rude, self-righteous and nasty they are. I dread walking in there because they're miserable to deal with. Shame because otherwise it's great. Will be looking elsewhere.

In May I choose Dr. Lopez, She is kind and seems like a good eye doctor. On the other hand her reception and I have a problem to solve an overcharged. Sense than I talk with my insurance policy coverage , now aware of my eye coverage. This person refuse to give me the billing number so we can resolve this issue, because of this I rated Dr. Anna Lopez 1 star. Times are hard and people need all my or their

Took my family to get new glasses, my wife needed new ones as well as my oldest daughter and myself as for my youngest daughter this is her first time having them! I couldn't begin to tell you how happy she was (my youngest) that she could see a million times better! Dr. Ana was amazing as always but not just with me but with my family. But please forgive me I can't remember the names of the three wonderful ladies that helped all of us get our frames and lenses made and staying late to make sure we all got them! Definitely do recommend seeing them they are wonderful caring and very outstanding customer service.

Update: Maintain my 5/5. These guys didn't have power this morning but still managed to get me in and get my new script set. I broke my glasses last week and them getting me in as fast as they could was fantastic. I also ended up with an injury to my eye over the weekend and Dr. Lopez addressed those concerns as well. A+ highly recommend Dr. L!
