Adela and Bella were a sheer Joy they were Professional, Courteous, Patient throughout the examination and with final selection process of my frames and the various options that were available to me!!! Teresa is amazing! She is so friendly and outgoing and did everything right for me to get my glasses and contacts with her. Other than being flexible with me and being patient she helped me get everything I needed at the price I loved! If you're coming here to get contacts and glasses I highly recommend seeing Teresa! Teresa was wonderful. Very helpful and full of patience! After she had all the paperwork/order done, I asked her to run the numbers to see what a second pair would run me. When I made the decision to do two pairs, she had to start the paperwork all over again...I felt terrible, but she handled it all with patience and grace!

This was hands down the best glasses shopping and purchase I've ever had. Teresa was super helpful and made this a fun experience. Her suggestions helped so much! I just picked my new glasses up and they are perfection.

The entire staff made our appts amazing. From the moment you walk in the front office staff was friendly and helped us through the check in process. The lady who did our imaging was an absolute doll and so patient with our munchkin. The dr. was so gentle and patient with our almost 20 month old and she made the experience painless with a feral toddler. They answered all of our questions which was such a huge relief because glasses are well a new world not only for me but also my rugrat. The wonderful lady who helped us all pick out glasses- you really made this fun not only for me but munchkin too and found some super cute glasses for the feral one. Your team went above and beyond. Excited for our follow up in 3 months.

I had been going to See Life for my eye health for years. It (the office) changed to My Eye Dr. and I continued to go once a year to receive care and my visits had been great. My last visit was not. I will be seeking care elsewhere. My experience ordering and picking up eyeware was terrible. The employee that "helped" me seemed to be unsure of what to do and was unprofessional. The ordering process took much longer than expected and she was unclear about what was ordered and what I needed to do. My order did not arrive on time and I had to call to see what was going on (3weeks after the order was placed) My order was recorded and arrived within the expected time. The order was supposed to be glasses, both frame and lenses as I understood it and as my receipt confirmed. I received lenses only. I brought up that was supposed to receive frames also (to the same employee that ordered)and she was frazzled, confused, and didn't know what to do. She checked a few things, grapped frames from the display, put the my lenses in those frames, gave me a Michael Kors case, and sent me on my way. Today, I got a text message that my eyeware was ready. I was confused since I already received my order(I thought) so I called. The employee that answered said my frames (that I picked out) we're ready. I went to go pick them up and that same employee that helped me originally was there, had a confused look on her face, asked why I was there, I said to pick up my frames, and she said "oh, you'll need to bring the other ones back or leave these ones here" I did not want to go through her craziness again so I said, I'm done and I left. I will not be returning. UPDATE I received the voice message from the patient relations department regarding my complaint. I responded to their message as asked. I has been over 48 hours and I have not heard anything from them. I do not recommend this office.

I had my yearly visit. Teresa helped me find glasses after my visit with the doctor. I really appreciated her time helping me find the perfect pair. I tried on a pair that I usually wouldn't have picked-up and I LOVED them!! So thankful Teresa encouraged me to try something new!

Teresa was great in helping me get my contacts and glasses and an excellent rate. Patient and helpful! 10/10
