Apex Vision & Wellness

My experience with Vision clinics in the past has always been the same -- rushed appointments, sighs of annoyance, and little to no personal interaction. It always felt like "do this, do that, then leave." Apex Vision is the complete opposite. The gentleman who did my pre-tests (I'm so upset I can't remember his name!) was incredibly kind and patient with me, especially when I jumped at the puffs of air. At other offices, I always felt the need to apologize because the staff seemed annoyed by my reactions. But he reassured me that it was completely normal and made me feel so comfortable. His kindness and understanding truly stood out. Dr. James Dinnebeck is phenomenal -- personable, thorough, and genuinely passionate about what he does. Thanks to their amazing technology, I got to see detailed photos of my eyes while he explained, in such an engaging way, what each part was and why it mattered. I walked out having learned so much -- including the fact that after 15 years of wearing glasses, I never realized I was farsighted! Dr. Dinnebeck explained exactly why I was experiencing certain issues and how my new prescription would fix them. Most importantly, I left feeling seen, heard, and valued as a patient.

Went in for my check up, which i really appreciate them reminding me of. Dr Dinnebeck is amazing kind person, always treats me with the utmost respect. Don't see that anymore, anywhere. Not to mention the really nice staff, Also bilingual. I can go on and on about all the positive things about this place. Definitely Recommend it!!

I can't say enough good things about my appointment!!! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with such friendly faces. The eye exam was VERY thorough! Dr. Dinnebeck was professional, very informative, and just a pleasure to talk to. Thank you to Dr. Dinnebeck and staff for being so welcoming and your professionalism. This place is just amazing!! Staff are super sweet and knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. Dr. D is super thorough and was spot on with my prescription! Thank you all for making my experience so great!!

I have been a customer of Apex Vision for about 4 years. I will never go anywhere else! Dr. Lopez always gets my exam correct and she is very thorough. Phillip and April are always amazing, kind, and knowledgeable! They always make me feel great when picking glasses and give my picky self plenty of time! <3 :)

Dr. James Dinnebeck and Dr. Mildred Dinnebeck are both fantastic doctors! I have gone there for almost 10 years and I have always been met with kindness and respect. Phillip at the front desk feels like a good friend, and they always care about my experience. I have always had very straight forward diagnosis and never been pressured to buy any "extras". This office is a family friendly place that I am excited to bring my daughter to when she's older!

Do not take your kids there the female doctor is horrible with kids and doesn't know to how to diagnose children my daughter is almost blind in. Her eye because her prescription wasn't even in the ball park for her eye broke my heart learning that when I took her to the specialist. They also said my son had bad eyes and needed glasses but he has perfect vision no need for glasses at all. Terrible terrible place the female doctor also loves giving attitude to parents and children I would stay far away from this place I feel terrible that I took my kids there's lesson learned though.
