Dr. Joel Baatz, Optometrist

I've been seeing Dr. Joel Baatz for almost 10 years, and he has always provided excellent care. He takes time to explain what he's doing, answers questions clearly, and makes the process comfortable. At one point I tried a "big name" optometry group in Cherry Creek--supposedly the best--but I left with nothing but problems. Every time I return to Dr. Baatz, everything is done right the first time. Now he also cares for my daughter's eyes, and she receives the same personable, professional treatment. Dr. Baatz truly cares about his patients, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with our family's eye care. Highly recommended.

Dr. Baatz is a very intelligent, thorough, and amazing optometrist. His office gives off a very homey and comfortable atmosphere with very welcoming staff. You can tell he truly cares about his each one of his patients, he is wonderful at answering any questions and covering all eye health concerns and he treats each patient as an individual by getting to know them and how he can best treat their vision. I would certainly recommend him to anyone in the area, as I truly believe he is one of the best optometrists in northern Colorado.

Dr. Baatz is my favorite eye Dr. He is very thorough and his prescriptions are always accurate. Very nice and polite. I've been seeing him for over 10 years.

Probably the best experience I've had with an eye exam. Dr. Baatz is very good at explaining and educating you about all aspects of eye health. Very competent and also very amicable. He explained my choices in glasses and contacts and had tons of useful information that really led me to being able to make an informed decision. Dr. Baatz and his staff were a real pleasure to be around. I highly recommend him. I will return when next I need an eye exam agin. Thanks Dr!

Best optometrist I've ever worked with. Been working with him for 6+ years now. His team always provides great customer service and Dr. Baatz always gives me great options to meet my needs. He never pushes me towards one product or another and does a great job of making the patient feel like the priority, which is awesome! Highly recommended.

Dr. Baatz has been my Optometrist for about 4 years now. He is very through with each exam and I feel that he really cares about my eye health. He explains everything in simple layman terms so you know exactly what is going on. He was happy to work with me setting up a different prescription for my contacts compared to my glasses that works wonderfully. He is also very easy to get an appointment with. I walked in the other day to see about setting up an appointment on another day and was actually able to get in that day. Thank you Dr. Baatz!!!

I'd been having some eye issues and had gone to several reputable optometrists and after several prescription changes, was told by an associate to go see Joel. Joel was the only person to thoroughly examine my eyes after I told him what was going on, and determine I had cataracts. He then directed me to a great eye surgeon who performed cataract surgery and successfully relieved the eye issue. Thanks Joel. You're a great doc! Sincerely- Michael Allex

Dr. Baatz is fantastic. His care and knowledge are unsurpassed in my experience. He is very nice, very professional, and always thorough in his treatment. I have never felt rushed and he takes time to explain things very well. His prices are extremely reasonable. I would give him 10 stars if I could! Thank you Dr. Baatz. ******Update****** I just had another visit to Dr. Baatz. I had foreign body in my eye that was successfully removed by the good Doctor. This was the third time I've had something removed from my eyes by Dr. Baatz(each was a separate incident). His friendly staff was able to get me in for an appointment on the same day. I'm very grateful to him and his staff. Greeley is fortunate to have such an excellent practice. Thank you for getting me scheduled and relieving my discomfort so quickly. Highly recommend.
