Greeley Eyecare Center

I retract my prior positive review. Parkview Eye Center is open only four days a week. When I had an emergency August I tried to call all of the doctors on call and did not get an answer from anyone, leaving me dead in the water. I wanted to talk to somebody who knew me and my eyes. This was after I went to the ER and they suggested I go to my eye doctor for very blurry vision Fast-forward to today. I needed service and they were closed during their lunch hour. I don't blame them for needing a lunch hour, but they are open four days a week and do not serve Greeley well. Suggestion: tier your lunch hours. And then you can serve Greeley citizens the way they should be appropriately . I have gone to them for at least 20 years and have never had this problem. The Front Desk isn't very pleasant either.There are quite a few eye doctors in Greeley. I will not be going back to this facility. I did ask for my Prescription via email, Text Message and USPS if I do not get it, they will be hearing from me. Buyer beware.

Very fast, friendly, helpful, patient, informative and efficient. I just had my second visit to follow-up on a concern/finding from the first visit. Both visits, the wait time was extremely minimal. They run right on time and all people that help you, seem to work together as a team. I'm very pleased with the care and attention I received here. The person that helped me pick out frames was VERY patient with me and I appreciated her "no pressure" approach. I am so pleased with my new frames.

This place is the best. I have a unique vision problem that needs a very specific lens. I called many vision centers which refused to even look at my situation, but Greeley Eye Care Center agreed to work with me and they got me exactly what was needed. They are all so very kind and helpful. They went above and beyond my hopes and expectations and I could not recommend them more.

From the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out I had a quality experience. The receptionist was welcoming and prompt. My appointment began as scheduled. The eye tests performed was done with updated and current technology. The doctor came in promptly. He has excellent "chair-side" manner with a fun sense of humor. Then the technician who helped me with my new frames was supportive, kind and honest in my decision of what would look best. I am really looking forward to getting my new glasses.

The worse experience ever. I went for an eye check today everything was going well until the doctor started doing my exam. When he brought the machine over to my face there was makeup on it which indicates it was not cleaned prior to me coming into the room. When he was doing the exam he was really nice and knowledgeable. After the exam he brought me to the front so one off the ladies could help me pick out some frames. The younger blonde lady who helped me was getting annoyed that I was asking her questions about costs. She was not very helpful. When looking at the frames there were not many choices. They had Vera Bradley glasses mark up so high, it was ridiculous. Prices that you could pay for coach or Micheal Kors prices. There wasn't much of a selection. If you like the name brands they do not have many to offer. Mainly RayBan and the frames weren't the trendy kind either. I let the lady k ow I was not interested in any of their frames and just wanted a print out of my visit. When I went to pay they try to charge me $38 for dialating my eyes without even telling me the cost before hand. The lady with the dark hair and glasses took it off after I asked her why my company was so high. She stated I should've known the cost would be on there. How would I know unless you tell me? Shady! A plus, she took the cost off but only after I said something about it. I told them I would never be back. I took my paperwork and went to Sam's club and got frames I liked with the help of the friendly sales guy. This place was not my cup of tea. Thanks anyways!

The doc and staff were very friendly and kind, but the receptionist was rude, abrupt and not customer friendly. I wasn't too impressed and don't think I'll be back if this is the kind of service I receive.

Very professional staff. Doctor is thorough in procedures. Always asks if you have questions throughout the process and answers any concerns. I've taken my kids here before after moving to Greeley a year ago now my husband and now me. Good experience, nice to have found an eye doctor we can go to for quite Sometime.

I love how quick they are every year about getting my family in and out. I have a family of five and I have been going here for the last seven years. The eye doctor is very good. He actually caught a pretty rare condition that I had and he has been seeing my kids since we moved here in 2015. I do, and will continue to recommend to all my friends and family.
