Greeley Family Vision

I went here a few months ago. I was given a prescription that was completely bonkers. I called to verify my script was correct because I was ordering online from another place and the screen popped up with a warning saying one eye showed + and one showed - and this might be incorrect. So before ordering I called and asked if there was a mistake, they assured me my script was right. I ordered glasses (online) and they didn't work. I returned them. I told the office I needed to recheck my eyes and they rechecked them with a slight variation. Same thing happened . I went to a different eye doctor and they gave me an entirely different script and it worked just fine. I think the ladies who work here are nice but I can't recommend based off of how completely different my prescriptions were. Either the machine is wrong or more training is needed.

What a wonderful business! From the time you enter until you leave, I was welcomed! Staff was attentive, knowledgeable and Dr. Bond was exceptional. She did my eye exam, assisted with picking out the best glasses for my face, and made me feel heard, comfortable and like a priority to her and her business!! Highly recommend!!

I am so thankful that Dr. Bond and her staff are my new eye care professionals. They are very good at what they do and make the experience enjoyable. They also were able to see me right away on an emergency basis, and gave me the best treatment, as well as Dr. Bond taking the time to thoroughly explain to me why I was having my issues. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great experience!!

It was the most pleasant and relaxing doctor visit I've ever had. Catherine was so down to earth and made the whole experience amazing. She explained things so I could understand them and was so helpful to this first time contact wearer! I will be reccomending everyone I know to come here!

Loved how thorough Dr. Katherine was. She did a great job of explaining everything to me in comprehensible terms and has great "beside manner" if you will

I always enjoy going in for my exam. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I get the information I need about my eye health and no higher pressure sales.

Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Bond answered all of my questions, showed me pictures of my optic nerve, discussed glaucoma, explained contact lens and glasses Medicare coverage, etc., etc., etc. Dr.Bond is very personable, knowledgeable, said she loves "eyeballs!" And, it shows. I knew I was in an expert's hands with someone who cared. I already recommended her to my sister and a friend.

Experience was amazing! I've never had such speedy service and was offered so much more than I had expected!! Thank you Greeley family vision!! ;)
