They're still trying to bill me 6 months after incorrectly entering my insurance information. I tried to contact them after each of the first three bills and they didn't respond (email, text, voicemail). Finally, after the 4th bill they answered the phone, took my insurance, and I paid the remainder....They're still sending me bills that do not show the correct insurance.
Service was very slow. I waited ~15min between steps of the exam in addition to ~30min before the exam.
Techs are not very knowledgeable and also tried to push me to use contacts they had in stock instead of my usual brand.
