My wife and I were able to get our exams quickly, on time, just like clockwork. Employees were very courteous and professional. Highly recommend Greeley Visionworks for your optical needs!

This is a great place for eye exams. It's easy to get an appointment and the staff is really friendly and "knows their stuff". I live 50 miles away but it was worth the drive to go to this location. Big shout out to Dawn, the manager who waited on me. She was really helpful.

Hi there. My father went here yesterday to get some sunglasses that were covered by his vision insurance and the lady that was there told him that he needed to get a prescription in order to pick out some sunglasses. So with no issues he made an appointment for November 6th. After receiving his prescription, he chose the sunglasses he wanted. Again they stopped him and told him that he needed to only buy prescription sunglasses. But he just wanted normal sunglasses. The lady kept persisting that they needed to be prescribed and was not allowing him to buy glasses he wanted unless he paid for them fully using the excuse that the insurance did not cover them. Later, my father called his insurance and they verified that he was allowed to buy sunglasses without prescription or having to make an appointment and a portion would be under the coverage. My father told this lady that she lied (which she did) and they kept making excuses. I am sorry but are we just allowed to tolerate a blatant lie and not complain? We have insurance to afford things and this lady works here disregarding the insurance we have. That is not okay. The doctor was absolutley awesome but it is the people that work here (mainly the recepetionist) that needs to recieve further training. They need verify any information regarding insurance before stopping people from purchases. It is the lack of respect that really disappointed us and we will not be returning.

Orderwd 2 pair of glasses. I recieved a notification when my 1st pair arrived..was waiting for my notification for my 2nd pair. Never received a notification, so i called . I got the automated spokes women. She said my pait had been shipped and would be available in 3 to 5 days. So i waited..i never got a notification..waiteda couple more weeks. So finally called and talked to a live person.they told me the glassed have been there for sometime..very disappointing ..

This is the worst experience I have ever had and will not return due to the lack of communication and professionalism. I ordered a pair of glasses, called two weeks after they were supposed to arrive because I never got notified and they had been sitting there for weeks. I go to pickup and the frames aren't even the ones I ordered. Send off for a new pair, again no call that they arrived and the second frames again aren't correct. Choose a new frame and once again no call that they arrived. I go to pickup and finally got my glasses not the ones I had wanted but got them so I can be done with the store. Communication needs to improve as well as customer service.

Staff very professional, thought my appointment was at 2:30 but it was at 2:15 so I was 15 minutes late. They squeezed me in right away, within 10 minutes I was doing tests. Office staff, testing assistants are great & eye doctor is great, being going to him for 12-13 years.

I went in for my three fifteen appointment, and I was there a little early and not one person could say, hi, welcome in or talk to me.I was standing around and no one ever came up to me.And there was a few people in office.Just staring at me at the counter.So I left my appointment very unprofessional and poor customer service.

This location is tremendously caring and gracious. I am thankful they were able to work me in as quickly as they could.
