Staff is friendly and very eager to help and very kind and very informative.

I scheduled an eye exam online for a Wednesday, when rhe doctor is in office. They called and said that they scheduled the appointment for when the doctor is at lunch and wanted to move the appointment to Thursday for a virtual exam. No mention of any price differences. Come to the appointment, they want me to pay $40 more for the virtual exam. Sorry but I made the appointment for when the doctor is in office and then was rescheduled by office staff. They rescheduled me a month out and they were going to give me a "complimentary" contact lens to get me through. I was told " we never do this but I guess you can be an exception". Told the office staff I don't need anything from them and it was not my fault that they scheduled my appointment for when the doctor was out, re scheduled me, and tried to charge me extra. As the office lady walked away she said " you probably can't even afford us anyway". We'll we have insurance for a reason, I pay for it I better use it. I'm not paying out of pocket for services that are covered under my insurance. Thank you but after that experience I will be taking my business else where and will be telling others about my experience of being charged more.

Very friendly and welcoming very professional I just have to get use to talking to the TV for some parts lol other than that abba is a awesome place for your eye needs

This year for my virtual exam they gave me an incorrect prescription, I went in today since the doctor would be there for a new refraction and he would not do it. I am never going here again!

My very first visit and i enjoyed it. Very professional the staff and doctor. The Doctor was very detailed step by step what she was going to do next. They were all very welcoming. Usually im very nervous but they all make u feel comfortable.. Thank you ABBA Eye Care for a great experience.

They had the best selection of frames of anywhere else I had visited. They even had 2 Styles of rimless frames, and no one else even carried them. Staff was very helpful, when I had to make a final decision on frames. I will come here again! Thanks Abba Eyecare of LaJunta, CO!

I like Dr. Keshmiri, she is personable and professional. I loved Dr. Pierre, but he isn't coming to La Junta anymore. I absolutely love the staff in La Junta. They provide top notch service. They go the extra mile to provide exceptional care. I visited an Abba in Colorado Springs and was irritated by the lack of service I received, so I went back to LJ (even though they didn't have the frames I was looking for). They are knowledgeable about insurance, up front about pricing, timely and efficient.

Best deals in town dr is kind and courteous. Staff also help me pick out frames that fit my face. The whole staff as the most HAPPY and helpful best customer service around.
