I cannot recommend this office enough. The entire staff is so helpful, and very well organized. We had an emergency that was before hours, and the entire office accommodated us more than we expected. We were seen as soon as we showed up after calling and were in and out very fast. I highly recommend this office for regular, and emergent needs.

My eye exam this morning went fairly well and efficient with all staff and of course the Optometrist was very friendly and professional. Actually felt my appt this time around went better then last one I had few years back and was able to pick and customize my own glasses all at the same appt which is very convenient. All I have to do is pay for them and wait couple weeks for my prescription glasses to come in. Definitely will continue to use Ballantyne Eye Center for my future eye appts! Thank you to all the staff and doctor who attended to me this morning for my eye exam!
