Ok so I went to buy a spare pair of glasses from Walmart and got great service! They were not pressuring at all. I received my glasses today (a week wait) and I was truly happy to say that I can SEE! I went to another eye doctor a month before, and got my glasses after waiting for weeks and my glasses from them were just not right. So needless to say the glasses from Walmart are no longer my spare glasses. I highly recommend Walmart optical.

The La Junta Walmart has the Vision Center for purchasing glasses inside the building, and the optometrist or eye exam section, which is accessible through an door at the front of the building. I have been seeing (no pun intended) Dr. Hill for many years. She is very kind and her staff have always been helpful to me. I like that she asks me questions and she is willing to answer any questions that I may have. Even though I get my eyes checked regularly, she always lets me know when a part of the exam will be uncomfortable (such as eye dilation). There was one time when I wrote down the wrong appointment time, and an assistant called me to ask if everything was okay. The Vision Center staff are friendly and helpful. They always call me as soon as my glasses come in. There was one time when my lenses were not correct on the glasses, and I was able to get a quick replacement at no extra charge. There was another time when finances were tight, and they showed me the options that would work best in my price range.

The girls were very helpful in every need of mine. They respond to you right away. I like that there is no waiting to get help when you need it!!! They are very friendly and very nice. Will go there again when I need to get new glasses and will recomend them to everyone!!!
