Had an amazing experience staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Recommend everybody to go visit and get their eyes checked at this place. Prices are very affordable and the membership plan is amazing. Five stars if I can give six I would.

Went to check out prices on glasses. Everything looked amazing and affordable. Staff was very professional. I recommend everybody go see what they have to offer including their membership plan. We purchased glasses only here, in February, for my daughter. The prescription was wrong. We went in three times and told them she would not wear them and said they were blurry. No one offered to check them and make sure they were correct. We finally took them to our doctor who checked them and they were in fact wrong. When I brought them back in with a paper from our doctor showing their were wrong they told me I would need to schedule an appointment with the doctor (two weeks) and then wait for them to remake the lenses (three weeks). They have no manager in the La Junta store so are very limited on the help the can provide. Would not purchase glasses here again. Update: finally got a call from the Pueblo office. They admitted the glasses had the wrong prescription and refunded the lenses but would not refund the frames. They promised to mail them to me but it's been a month and I still have not received them.

You got a 2 star because you have Samantha. If not for her, it would be 0. I experienced incompetence from the start. I have worn glasses for around 50 years. Not once have I had as many problems getting a correct prescription as with this business. Glasses do not fit correctly. Prescription is completely wrong. I have given you 2 chances to get it right. No more. Samantha, you are great. You sincerely tried your best to make me happy. Thank you. Rena Hill

They take forever to have glasses made or contacts made. Its actually ridiculous.... Multiple weeks and hope nothing goes wrong when you get them. If you can't see good luck with these guys. My glasses were made and I had to go pick them up 3 weeks later. My contacts were still not ready. Every time I checked over a month later, Still not ready. I finally just said screw it and didn't bother. Not to mention I bought "Scratch Resistant" glasses, With a bendable aluminum frame. Not even a week of taking extra care of them, There was a big scratch in the center. $300+ glasses..... Now if I want to get a new pair, I need to go back for another exam, And do the whole process all over again. Im not doing this every 11 months, Outdated county eye doctors.

Vision Now staff were amazing! Best service that I have ever received from an optician location! I was going to go to Colorado Springs but opted to give these folks a try & im so happy I did! The staff were very professional & attentive & helped me every step of the way! I am a customer for life & I am happy we have this little gem in the valley! I am posting a review for my sister. They've had to reorder her glasses three times and charged her to reexamine her eyes. Her original exam was on 7/26. It's been over three months and she has yet to receive the correct glasses. No good excuse as to why it's taking so long and why they charged her twice for the exam. Would not recommend using them.
