The Doctor and technician were very good. For them 5 Stars. Billing practice, one star. I've been wearing contacts for more than a couple of decades. The "fit" or specialty fitting @ $105.00 or $52.50 per second was billed for the first time. Wow, what a scam. My "fit" has never changed and never will. My next eye exam location will. 1 star on business practice. Yikes!!!

Had a terrible experience here, staff was extremely unwelcoming. The receptionist had zero customer service. My appointment was set for 11am, I ran into traffic was no more than 10 minutes late. Showed up only to be told they have a "cancellation policy" for appointments at the ten minute mark. The receptionist then proceeded to tell me she would need to figure out my insurance card information and did not have time to call them, therefore I would have to reschedule. I was planning on getting into an appointment the following day. However the lack of customer care and lack of consideration left a terrible impression. I scheduled my appointment with another company and definitely would not suggest this establishment unless you're looking to be talked down on and treated poorly.

Disappointed.
I've been trying to get help for over a month with no resolution. I had worn Biofinity contacts for years and loved them. At my appointment in December, I was told they no longer offer Biofinity and that "Voyant" is their alternative.
Unfortunately, Voyant lenses have been absolute trash. I gave them a fair shot, assuming it was just an adjustment period--but they tear constantly. I received my lenses in January (after waiting nearly 5 weeks and missing out on a rebate due to the new year) and I've already run out--using 7 months' worth in one eye and 6 in the other.
I reached out about these issues last month and was told someone would follow up. No one did. I emailed again and called--only to be brushed off. I called early last week and was told their representative would be in on Thursday and they would get back to me, again no contact.
This past weekend, yet another lens tore and left a very small piece stuck in my eye. I was close to going to the ER, but thankfully my mom was able to remove it.
I've since seen a new optometrist--who had never even heard of Voyant--and was happy to prescribe Biofinity again.

She makes having my eyes checked pleasant and I appreciate all the staff very helpful especially the front desk people I was able to get in earlier than my appointment. Provider was dismissive of my concerns about my severe dry eye disease. When I asked about a trial of a newly advertised dry eye treatment, the provider stated she doesn't receive any free samples from drug representatives. This is extremely unlikely, especially for a new prescription medication. I did agree to try out tear duct plugs and found the one side very painful when she placed it, and it continued to be painful until the plug dissolved, a few days later. I believe she selected the wrong size for me and instead of changing to the correct size, and having to waste the wrong size plug, she left it in causing me pain. Her treatment room was in despirate need of painting and a general professional appearance. Old equipment, disorganized, and recent electrical work, unfinished. Her attitude was by far the biggest concern I have. Not engaged with my concerns, not listening and didn't demonstrate any interest me or my concerns about my chronic eye condition. There are many choices for eye care. This practice isn't worth your time, or risk to your eye health.

Took my 4.5yr old in for eye glasses. I knew she had vission issues however we have yet to be able to get her an accurate screening for perscription. They got her in the same day which I am great full for, paperwork and process was so sim0le and smooth. Offered retinal screening at additional cost which I agreed to. ALL staff was wonderful with my kido she really had a positive experience and I am so thankful. Can't wait for her glasses to come in!

My experience with the doctor was great, up until she didn't believe me when it I told her I had progressive lenses. They charged me fore retinal imaging, that is optional at other places and cannot be charged through insurance. Had I known I could have said no, I would have. The prices here are ridiculous. They wanted to charge me over $400 for one pair of glasses (telling me that was half price), when I was able to get two pairs for $300 at a different place. The nice thing though, is they did give me a refund when I called about the product that I bought. I debated giving this place 4 stars, but the prices were the biggest negative for me.
