Share interest for RLE surgery online. Call center called back made appt for 915. Office called back and switched it to 215. Tried to have office resend pre appt paperwork. Arrived, sat in waiting area, was asked which dr I would like to see two days from now. Sat about 8 min total before they brought me other side. Technician was very unfriendly and did not seem well trained and told me they could not only not do the type of surgery I thought I was there for, but that I should show up to my appt on time. This place is a hot mess. Save your time and find a local place without a call center and staff that are professional.

Dr. Smith and all his caregivers are the greatest! I can see better than I ever have my whole life, and they have given me a new life with their care and knowledge. God bless them all.

Had LASIK surgery with Dr Smith and Chris (tech). The procedure was exactly as described and my recovery has gone exactly as expected - which is to say, very well. The doctor and team were meticulous and the follow-up has been great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering LASIK.

My experience was excellant! The health care given by Dr.Randall Smith and his whole medical and office staff is superb!

Don't go here if you're on Medicaid. The doctor doesn't address your concerns and it's $80 for them to even give you a paper with your needed prescription.

Called left a message last week, no return call. Called back today and was told Andrea told me she could not return calls because she is too busy. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she is the only person in the office?! My perscriptions are inaccurate and no one to talk to. Poor business practice - we will be looking elsewhere.

This is now my 3rd time seeing my specific doctor and he's been fantastic! I gave this location 3 stars because the first time I waited around 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor and this time was over an hour (an hour and 20 minutes to be exact). They take you back on time but then you're placed in one of the rooms for a lengthy period of time before seeing the doctor. The staff and doctors are great, but the wait times are atrocious. It is also very hard to get ahold of anyone but that is more so the company as a whole. They have 5 days to get back to you (and take every minute of that) and you get an answering machine every time. Once the wait time issue is resolved I think this is easily a 5 star clinic!

I had cataract surgery and laser treatment for my astigmatism 2 years ago and have had nothing but problems since. I have been very disappointed with the outcomes, but more so with the follow-up visits and their doctor's post exam conversations. I have been back several times with various issues, then shuffled to one of their retina specialists. My last visit with a General Ophthalmologist was with Dr. Cecil, who actually took some time to address my concerns. After her examination, she referred me to Dr. Korotkin to have my retinas checked because of the floaters I have, and she thought she saw something he should see. He played them down stating if they are not an impairment, just ignore them. Hard to do at times. He was very short with my concerns and offered nothing procedurally to address them. Most recently, I experienced double vision on my left eye which was a new symptom, and it concerned me very much. Dr. Cecil said everything was fine but that I should go back to Koraktin and have my retinas checked again because she thought there was something he should look at. I just returned home from my exam, and I have never been so insulted by a physician in my life. He started off by saying their computers were down, so he hadn't looked at any of my charts, so he pulled them up on his phone. Computers down? Doubtful. He did his hurried exam, and said eyes looked fine. I had some specific questions for him about my symptoms and tried to explain what I was experiencing, along with some general questions. But when I started to ask questions, he would rudely interrupt me and not allow me to finish the question. One question he should easily be able to answer but his response was "I am a retina specialist." Aside from looking in my eyes which took about 1 minute and less than 5 minutes with me as I tried to ask questions, he hurried out to his next patient with absolutely NO interest in my concerns about my vision. Very disrespectful. The man appears to have no empathy what so ever.
