This place is wonderful. Front desk is friendly and welcoming, the place is clean and lit in a relaxing manor, I was greeted when I walked in. Kayla provided a world class exam that ensured I'll return in the future. Thank you for the help, the patience and the wonderful service! Ill recommend ABBA to all of my family and friends based off of my experience on my last visit!

I bought a pair of glasses online and they were not adjusted at all. Not only could I not use them but a lens popped off. Called ABBA and they allowed me to do a walk in. The lady there was very nice and adjusted them in about 2 minutes. First try and perfect. On top of all of that they did not charge me a dime. So happy they were able to fix my glasses.

First off let me say I have been going to Abba since I was about 7 yrs old and in the 1st grade. I am now 33 years old. I have been taking my children to Abba for the past 14 years. I went in for my appointment on Feb. 28th 2022. I was the last appointment for the day. I had great help and they let me look around and take my time even though they were getting ready to close up. It didn't take me long to find a pair of glasses I liked. I ended up spending a little over $400 for everything that day. The girl working said it would be a week to 2 weeks for my glasses to come in! Ok great! It's always taken about 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by and no phone call so I wait until the 18th of March and call in to check on my glasses. They say "they are still at the lab and still being worked on." Well ok that's fine it's been about 2 weeks maybe they are just taking a little longer. So I wait another week. Here it is Friday March 25th so I call in again and I ask them "is there something wrong? Come Monday I will have waited a whole month for my glasses. They say they will have to call the lab and will call me back. I wait and wait and no phone call. It's now Sat. March 26th and at this point I am getting angry and upset! I want what I paid for or I want my money back ASAP! This is ridiculous. I will be going down there today to inquire about my glasses as I don't think anyone there has any idea what Is going on or where exactly my glasses are or why it is taking a month or longer for me to get my glasses back when my whole Life I have never waited so long. I want answers, I want what I paid for, or I want my money back respectively.

Customer service is not good and definitely needs lots of improvement! This starts at the front desk/ check in, they offered very little communication or information, I was made to feel like I was more of an inconvenience than a paying customer. There's more, just to upset to put it into words at the moment and I prefer to offer positive constructive feedback, not just bashing.

It's crazy because I have never done a review on a company before unless there was some kind of deal. However I gotta say you guys really need to watch who you have answering your phone or making phone calls to customers, because the girl I just spoke with had a very rude and lazy tone. I didn't appreciate the way the conversation went so I called up Walmart vision to get much better customer service. Could have been a potential customer due to my client needing glasses on a constant basis but you better believe I'm going any where else

I have gone to Abba Eye Care for several years. The Doctors are wonderful. The staff 7s professional but they care about each person. They are fantastic and they tell you honestly how you look in the frames and don't stop till you find the one you like.

Wonderful care. No one rushed through exams or fittings. Very conscientious of my eye health and the fact that I can't see anything while I'm there trying on frames, etc. I've used this location and one in Colorado Springs too. Both were great. Would completely recommend.

Online appointment set for 30 minutes before the shop opened. Also set at a different shop than I had requested. Nothing was prepared and the virtual computer would not connect. Nothing but frowns and attitude.
