My experience was fast, and affordable. The doctor was able to get me in and out without an appointment. staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though there was a lot of people in the store, they kept busy and still friendly.I got my glasses in less than an hour it was a good day. Thanks Eyemart Express .

Our optician was the best! So kind, professional and knew his stuff!! It only took 27 minutes to make my bifocal glasses.
Unfortunately, when we went back to pick them up, we were made to wait 90 minutes because they were so busy and down to two opticians. If not for that looong wait I'd have given 5 stars. Will definitely come back in the future!!

Had to get an eye exam and glasses for a driver's license, the whole process took about 2 hours, and the glasses were done in around 25 minutes after getting the prescription. Everyone was attentive and helpful. Good place to go.

Eye Doctor was awesome, the eye glass staff, was nice except for the manager, she spoke to customers, like they were, interrupting her day,my glasses were done in 17 minutes, but had to comeback,later due to high volume, cameback @ 12 noon, waited 50 minutes, the manager stopped helping the two employees, when the line was 8 customers in, so I didn't get my glasses that day, had to make another trip the next day right at opening, to finally get my glasses, I would see the eye Doctor again there, but I will never go to get glasses there again.

I couldn't be happier. The service is fast and the staff is super helpful and friendly. I've been to several places that promised glasses in an hour or less. This is the first place I've been to that had my lenses. This is the first time I didn't have to wait days or weeks to receive my new glasses. I also believe their prices for glasses and contacts is below what everyone else is charging. At least what I paid this time compared to my last glasses, the cost saving was substantial.

Dr Gowan and his lady assistant are two super wonderful human beings. My previous eye doctor was not nearly as nice as Dr Gowan. Dr Gowan was very thorough, precise and professional. I was having difficulty with my eyesight, but Dr Gowan fixed that very nicely. This is the kind of doctor you want to travel from Houston to Pueblo to see. God Bless.
