Vision Now!

Vision Now is fantastic--super fast appointment scheduling and such a friendly staff. I was in and out quickly, and everyone made the experience easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!

if you need to tell someone you had an eye exam, this place is fine. if you actually want to improve your vision, they don't have time for you. Abba's product wasn't great, but they at least made sure your vision was as good as they could get it before you left the office; without little anecdotes about 'knowing architects, but not knowing how to build buildings'. they forgot to do a measurement required for contacts on the first visit. Had me come in for a second visit trying to put in contacts that we're not correct and making me feel like I'm inconveniencing them at the same time. i wasted my insurance covered eye exam, contacts, and glasses for the year at Vision Now and will likely wear my Abba glasses from a year ago for this year, too. super disappointed.

Love the service here, I called in for an appointment and they were able to get me in same day, the doctor was nice and friendly and they helped me pick out my frame, which I loveeed! They told me it could take a day or 2 to have my glasses ready but they were ready for pickup that afternoon. Super convenient and reliable, definitely recommend!

We just love this place! Especially the staff & Dr Lee. My youngest specifically asks to see Dr Lee in person for his eye exam every year:) Love when a place makes you, and your kids, feel at home

If I could give zero stars I would. The Dr. himself is super friendly, nice and helpful!! But his staff makes the experience terrible. There is only one lady in that office that is pleasant and nice to talk to. The office manager Vanessa is always rude and unhelpful. She also talks down on you like you are dumb. Took over 2 months to get my contacts and I was told that I should get a call from billing in regards To some compensation for all of the trouble no one ever called me. Vanessa also said that I never paid for a years worth of contacts and I did when I picked up my first order I only had a 6 month supply. Vanessa was persistent that the problem was on my end and not paying until I provided proof of purchase luckily I had a feeling to keep my receipts. Turns out Demi put the charge in wrong and whoever orders the contacts never place the order until over a month later than when they should have been originally ordered. I also called the office and Vanessa gave me a tracking number and who to call and I did and the supplier stated that there was never an order placed until that same day and they were rushing them to get here once I received them it was only 6 month support and not a year. Had to wait another week for the rest of my contacts. I still have not received a call from anyone in billing they state that they were "moving offices and had no phones" they refused to transfer me to anyone other than Vanessa or give me another number to reach out to anyone. It sucks that I will no longer be using this office the Dr. himself was so nice and helpful but the staff RUINED the whole experience.

Staff overall is great! Orders being fulfilled in a timely manner is awful. The first time going to Vision Now, the manager was having a meeting with her team going over how to treat customers better (ordering being delayed and taking over 3 weeks), personal phone use in the office and how to build morale in the office as it felt tense for some of the employees. This was pretty obviously directed at one of the girls as she spoke up and apologized for her behavior. The tech I have that day eventually apologized to me for having had heard that whole conversation. I saw Dr. Lee shortly after doing my assessment with the tech and he was very kind and enthusiastic. I got my contact lens exam done, ordered my trials and went about my day. About three weeks later I called to see when my trials would be in, and the tech over the phone said they had not been ordered and they'd put a rush on them, and I got a call about 2 days after saying they were in. The contact lens that were ordered were not the correct ones so new trials had to be ordered and they came in fairly quickly. I went in to order a 90 day supply over two weeks ago and they still have not arrived. I called Vision Now and spoke with the manager about this, and she said she "hopes they come this week." I have yet to get a call about my order being in. Crazy how my first time being there the manager talked about how orders are being delayed and making customers upset, and here I am waiting on an order. Next time I won't waste my time waiting and order through a company that has fast shipping turn around time. Update: contacts took 13 business days/3 weeks to come in. Ridiculous.

Vanessa was awesome! She worked the front desk and did the assistant job too! She was very understanding, helpful, and genuinely nice. Made me feel at home. She was extremely knowledgeable.

I love this place and highly recommend!! I needed glasses very bad and Vision Now had no problem taking me in and helping me out. The doctor is great and office staff is wonderful everyone is very nice and welcoming, especially Demi as she helped me throughout this process. I definitely would recommend to all family and friends!!
