Very pathetic. Been going for years and went in my appointment was at 11 wasn't seem by doc till 1140 then my appointment was 60 more then normal and I had the literal basic of basic. Won't be back with that price or unorganized staff . Found somebody who keeps the basic under 100 like I've had for years with less price in contacts. Sad but after 10+ years and never paying that much to paying almost 200 for a eye exam. Im good

Calvin you're the bomb. Ordered some stuff with a Latino male and realized he made an error on my order before leaving the store and was assured he'd fix it. Against my better judgement I left thinking it was handled and but getting a new invoice. Got an email saying my order was ready and find out that he did NOT fix it. Called the store, Calvin put in my new order quickly and efficiently. As a team not bad, not looking forward to waiting for the missing part of the order that could've been prevented but hopefully that Hispanic guy is addressed and is dissuaded from taking further shortcuts. Otherwise I would've given 5 stars.

Although my Dad didn't see the Dr he was scheduled to see, he did see Dr Clark- which might have been a blessing. My Dad can't hear very well and a female voice is easier for him to understand. Dr Clark was kind, courteous, professional and above all knowledgeable. Rhonda was friendly. Front desk was friendly and fun. It's only been one visit but it was a 5-star first time. Hope it continues for the upcoming visits. Time will tell but I am hopeful!

I bought frames and had a script filled. Turned out that progressives didn't work for me. Went back to my eye doctor for a new script they redid them for me. However upon picking them up I was due a partial refund. When the man figured it out he took my glasses from me and said they belonged to them. He called someone up to figure it out. She was great I was due a refund. When I asked for my glasses back he slammed them on the counter. I will never go back there again.

She was very thorough and I can honestly say I was skeptical coming back to vision works until I was seen by her this last visit. I have never had more comfortable feeling contacts and my vision just seemed more clear after I was seen by her.

I would never return to this location again. They have a serious communication issue. I called and confirmed they accepted my insurance and my son's insurance 2 weeks ago and made an appointment for a Saturday. Showed up, they never ran his CHP+ insurance and can't on Saturdays, so they refused to see him. I made an appointment online for the following Tuesday, received email confirmation and reminders. Just for them to call me the day before to inform me the system cancelled his appointment and we need to reschedule for a different day.

The process was unfamiliar to me so I left very confused with my eyes stained yellow and blamed for not paying when no one said anything to me when I was given my perscription as no one was at the front, I wasn't told any prices upfront and thought insurance would cover it. Received no info from front staff about anything and need to wait to even see if my perscription is good since they didn't have conacts available for me. Overall bad experience with poor customer service
