I was helped by a person named Cris in the optical department today. He was so professional and kind!
We picked out daily wear glasses and sunglasses. He was careful about fitting the glasses properly to my face shape and eye levels. He also made sure my insurance was in proper order so I wouldn't have to pay more money than required.
I walked out of Costco feeling very good about my purchases, and I really appreciated the care and attention. Thank you!

Lazy workers won't walk ten feet to verify my prescription from the eye doctor's assistant during business hours. I spent $200 to see their doctor in their building. Then when their website is down, Costco optical is I have to come in to the store because "the doctor just rents the space, we're unaffiliated". Weird, cause you guys are the ones I pick up my temporaries from while I wait for my appointment.

I found Dr. Julia Robinson to be kind, warm, and competent. The whole check-up/exam/prescriptions process was quick, efficient, and actually quite pleasant! I have been going to these since I was child so for the last 30+ years, I can say that Costco Optical and Dr. Robinson has been *the* best experience. In fact, I am transferring my son also to Dr. Robinson! Also thank you to Dawn and the entire staff for being so friendly and awesome!

I called to verify they would replace lenses on a pair of glasses that I didn't purchase at Costco. When I arrived, they said they will not put replacement lenses into any glasses not purchased at Costco. This was a complete waste of my time. Please educate your staff on your capacity.
