Best In Sight Eye Care

I paid for premium prescription lenses, including indoor/outdoor (photochromic) lenses (approximately a $700 lens package, $239 out of pocket with insurance). I was explicitly told I was paying for "all the bells and whistles." When I picked up my glasses, the lenses I received did not reflect that description -- they had noticeable glare, were difficult to clean, uncomfortable to wear, and caused immediate eye strain and headaches. At pickup, no verification was done. No lens specifications were reviewed with me, no documentation was shown, and there was no explanation of what I was receiving. The glasses were simply handed over. After I contacted the shop and raised concerns, the lenses were redone. The correct indoor/outdoor lenses are significantly better in every way -- clarity, glare reduction, comfort, and overall quality. The difference was obvious and immediate, confirming the original lenses were not what I paid for. What concerned me most was the lack of transparency and accountability. There was no apology or clear acknowledgment of the error, and the tone and customer service noticeably changed after the issue was raised. In my opinion, the process felt unprofessional and poorly documented, especially for an item that is expensive and directly affects health. I am glad the issue was eventually corrected, but customers should carefully verify their lens type, coatings, and specifications before leaving. Based on my experience, mistakes are not proactively caught, and without asking the right questions, it would be easy to walk away with something other than what was paid for.

Been going to see Dr. Mok for several years now! I love how straight forward Dr. Mok is, my visits are short and sweet and I get my RX and questions answered, I value Dr. Moks advice and knowledge. Everyone is friendly and efficient and I never feel pressured to purchase things I don't need. Honestly though, I love the moral support from DJ and now Molly!!!

Today was my first visit to this clinic, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The doctor was very professional and explain things in a way that made it really easy to understand, and offered different solutions to my eye sight needs. The front staff helped me pick a pair of glasses and walked me through pricing differences, all very transparent. Overall, I was nervous not having been to an optometrist in over a decade and the staff here made my experience as painless and comfortabke as I could have hoped for. It was a very positive experience, and I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for an optometrist!

I just wanted to share my experience after switching to Best In Sight for our family's eye care. Honestly, I wish I had known about them sooner! Michelle, the Practice Manager, and her team were fantastic. They took excellent care of us during both the eye appointments and when we picked up our glasses. Everything was handled smoothly, and we left feeling happy with our choices. Dr. Mok was thorough during the eye exam and explained everything in detail, which really helped us understand the process of getting our vision back on track. I'd give them a solid 5-star rating! This is THE best customer service I have ever experienced at an optometrist. My doc wasn't getting my prescription correct, so I came here for a second opinion. Dr. Mok listened and helped. I can see now!!!! He also helped me with some great tips for dry eyes. This was never offered by prior optometrists and I am eternally grateful for his help. It's around the back of a building but the office is beautifully decorated and he has the cutest corgi doggo. The office manager, Michelle is very welcoming and patient also. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Best In Sight Eye Care will take care of you, your vision and your frame style. I'm in my mid-30's and this was the first time I went into an Eye Practice where the staff (Michelle) picked out 8 different frames that went great with my face. Michelle has a very very good eye for frames that go with different face shapes. Every frame she picked was great. Usually it's a very hard decision for me. I am already looking into getting a second pair for when I want to change my style (and for emergencies).

I cannot recommend this facility more. This was my second time getting an eye exam, and the doc here not only did a better job at helping me understand and work with the exam than my last one did, he did a much better and more detailed job in general. He listened to my exact needs -- I work at a computer all day long, and need glasses that handle that specific distance -- and helped me achieve those. My new glasses are more comfortable to wear and do a better job of helping me, and the process was much easier (if more time consuming) than someone throwing me in a chair and asking 'clearer or not' once or twice and calling it a day. (To be fair, apparently detailed oriented people like myself are harder to help)

I really enjoyed my experience at Best in Sight. DJ the corgi greeted me at the door. There was a short wait for the doctor, and he put up the with my phobia of having my eyes touched really well. The lady who ran the front was super friendly and knowledgeable as she helped me pick out frames and lenses options. When my frames arrived she made sure they fit nicely and told me if I had any problems to come back. All the way around everything was quick and easy!
