Heather was incredibly helpful in assisting me with a last-minute, same-day reschedule--something that's not easy to pull off! Both she and Dr. Swindell showed so much patience and understanding with my 1.6-year-old, even working through a full-blown crying episode. I'm so grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and the genuine human touch they brought to the experience. Highly recommend!

Dr. Swindell and his staff were amazing. Right off the bat I was greeted with a big smile from the receptionist who welcomed me. They were able to help me with my specific insurance situation. The doctor was very knowledgeable, teaching me things about contact care that I didn't know in the 21 years of wearing contacts. I could tell he had my best interest when writing my prescription and the way he taught things showed his passion for what he does. He truly cared. He got me into the best contacts I have had where I saw so much better. The gentleman did amazing helping me pick my glasses and also keep me in budget. I left with an awesome experience and being able to see so much better! Thank you all for being awesome caring people!

I had the best experience getting my eye examined. Dr Swindell was great he listened to my concern and what I was wanting. He is very personable and took time to talk to me and explain his thoughts and why. His staff was wonderful! Heather was great and took the time to help me along with Joe to pick out my glasses. They were both very patient. They didn't make me feel rushed or like I was bothering them. I would highly suggest giving them a try.

I recently visited Douglas Swindell & Associates for a vision check, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The optometrist, Dr. Swindell, was thorough and attentive throughout the entire examination. He took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. I appreciated how he made sure I understood my eye health and any necessary changes to my prescription. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. The selection of eyewear was impressive, and the staff was very helpful in assisting me to find the perfect pair of glasses that fit my style and budget. I am extremely satisfied with the level of care and service I received at Douglas Swindell & Associates. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a vision check or new eyewear. I'll definitely be returning for all my future eye care needs!

My first visit at this location. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Swindell helped my 8 year old daughter feel very comfortable in taking her time during her eye exam. I am confident that my daughter received the best attention and eye care from my observation. I also had an eye exam and had the same positive experience. I have never had such an experience anywhere else. I highly recommend this location!

The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things and ensure that I knew why the changes in my vision happened. Patient education was a 12/10. The front desk staff was AMAZING!! Allie was so genuine and it was a great experience interacting with her as if we were old friends. I definitely felt comfortable and at ease with everyone in the office.
