Have been coming to this LensCrafters location on 120th Avenue in Thornton for several years now for all of our family's needs for glasses, frames, lenses, etc. Heather is always excellent and she is our go-to person. Joe and Danny are great too. Good selection of frames and styles for all our family, including our 12 year old son, who can be picky about fit and comfort of frames. We have EyeMed insurance for glasses and it makes the prices very reasonable. We'll keep using this place as long as it's there for our optical needs. Recommended!

Wonderful people. Was trying to find a place to fix my glasses because I smacked my face against a floor after going to a indoor slide place my glasses were crooked and one of my nose pieces broke off. They added a new nose piece and straighten the glasses for free Thank you so much you guys!

My wife came to this location with a problem with her prescription. By the time she left, she was insulted by the doctor infront of other customers and left in tears. This was witnessed by other employees and customers. One employee simply walked away but another came over to console her and make sure she didn't have to pay for the exam. I am so angry right now that I want the doctor fired. There is no excuse for a doctor to insult patients the way that happened today. I also see another patient had a very bad experience recently so this is obviously not the first time this has happened.
