Saw Dr. Dowgin. He was thorough and answered all of my questions in detail. I did not feel rushed. My major eye concerns are the possibility of developing eye diseases to which I am predisposed. As to OMNI itself, Dr. Dowgin is an O.D. but I thought I would be seeing an M.D. At this time I am concerned that Medicare and Supplement may not pay as I saw an O.D. instead of an M.D. If my insurance does cover this visit, I will be happy to continue with Dr. Dowgin as I felt he would appropriately refer me to an M.D. if necessary. Best doctor visit in a long time.
