I have been using the Grant St., Thornton, vision services for years now. Initially, I thought, "oh boy...low cost, low service". But, I could not have been more wrong! The optician has 'many' years of experience, is completely knowledgeable, thorough and kind. The women in the glasses area are great...although I limit myself to Tanya. Tanya 'really' knows her stuff! Her experience & thoroughness means I'm 100% sure my glasses meet my needs.

Ben seeing Dr Hume for a number of years. Really nice guy does a good job! Staff has always been nice, only complaint is it can take a while to process orders up front, could go a little quicker, but overall like coming here

Most worst customer service I ever had I have a strong prescription and that Indian lady was laughing at how strong it was she was not helpful and very rude to me I took my business else where and will never return here go to the wal mart on 92 and Sheridan it's privately owned optical and waaaay better pricing and customer service! She needs to be fired!!!!!!!

Made an appointment on a specific day and when I arrived they claimed my appointment was for another day I never would have scheduled because it's one I work... Associate said the wrong date and not a big deal, mistakes happen - but it was the fact the employees here were rude and unapologetic about the situation. There are better places to take your business.
