Walked into eyeglass world seeking help and leslie was so kind to help me with all my needs. She made my visit very quick and efficient I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided by her. Glad I stopped in and definitely will recommend to my friends and family!

I had a great experience at Eye glass world on Youngsfield field. My husband had been there before and was taking great care of by Mackenzie. I want to thank Heaven. Awesome attitude great customer service and help.

I brought my prescription in at 9:30am and had two pairs of sunglasses ready by 3pm. The staff here were super nice and helpful. The prices were affordable and the quality was better than expected. 100% would recommend.

10/10 Jardly is the manager and is exceptional as his job! He has taken excellent care of me and I feel so thankful for Eye Glass World. He can look at a person and know exactly the frame for them! He is very impressive, and the whole experience was really wonderful as these things can be daunting. I've got two amazing players of glasses that are not only feel confident wearing, but I feel absolutely beautiful in and that is such an amazing experience to have! Heaven and Leslie are awesome as well!!!!

This story has a happy ending, but it didn't start that way. Initially it started very badly. I was told my glasses would be ready the next day. No call from them. I called myself on the 2nd day. I was told the glasses would be ready by 3:30 pm that afternoon. This location is a 45 minute drive one way for me, so an hour & half round trip. I arrived to be told the lens are defective and will be a week or more before they will be ready. They didn't bother to call. They waited for my arrival to advise me. Needless to say I was disappointed and very upset. I went to Eyeglass World because they claimed same day service. Unfortunately - Not True! Now to the positive turn around. Of course, I made my disappointment known to Eyeglass World. They reacted by the District Manager apologizing for the poor customer service. My glasses came in 6 days later and they gave me a 2nd pair of glasses free for the inconvenience. I compliment Eyeglass World for stepping forward, apologizing, and taking action to resolve the situation to my satisfaction. Accolades & Kudos! Their actions assured me that I will return to them next year. They righted a wrong.

I had a great experience at Eyeglass World in Wheat Ridge! Amy was absolutely fantastic--friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful throughout the process. With a valid prior prescription already in hand, I stopped into the shop so that they could cut a custom set of lenses to fit into an existing set of frames that I own. My lenses were in stock and they were able to utilize my insurance to significantly lower the cost, and overall, the pricing was very reasonable. I was also VERY impressed that the lenses were made the same day! After I picked them up, I noticed a slight issue, but the team immediately took ownership and re-made the lenses without any hassle to ultimately make everything right. It can be a challenge to find that level of customer service these days. Highly recommend!

When I first walked in I asked the worker if they could take my prescription off my present glasses, she said no they could never do that, I said I've had it done before, she again said they have never done that, I was about to walk away and an older gal walked up and tried to help me out and which she did,but not after another gentleman tried to up sell me on another set of glasses,and I ordered a pair of glasses, thru the gal and no one ever said about the Two Glasses deal!! But they said it would be about 10 days maybe Two weeks, never heard nothing, called the store and they said yes they were sitting there I went in the glasses didn't have the correct tint for me but they said they could retint and have them the next day, so I waited 2 days never heard anything so I called and they said they were sitting there, I told them about the great customer service NOT!!!!!! But they didn't seem to care!!!!! After about Two weeks of this post I received a E- mail (computer generated)and asked me if I wanted to talk to a manager I didn't answer, I figure I'll just take my business elsewhere and certainly not reference anyone to this place!!!!!

Went in Friday after my glasses being destroyed in car accident, the only reason I went in is because they said they would be able to get me into glasses next day. Had to call on Saturday only to be told the tint would take till past closing. Ok. Waited till 230 with no word from them and now I'm waiting on a call from the manager. Who had all day to call me if there was an issue. Will update score if this is made right or I will be getting a refund and going elsewhere.
