Moore Vision

I am so thankful that Dr Moore was available to see me on a Sunday, as a walk in, when I know he already had a very busy day scheduled. I went to urgent care with a pretty severe corneal abrasion/scratch. They weren't able to do much for me at urgent care and I was in a tremendous amount of pain. The urgent care doctor told me to try to get in with an eye specialist as soon as possible but didn't think I'd be able to find anyone on Sunday unless we went to the ER. She suggested Dr Moore might be able to fit me in. We arrived, not long after the office opened, spoke with the friendly/helpful assistant and he said I could be seen in about 20 minutes. As a healthcare professional myself, I couldn't possibly appreciate the efficiency, knowledge base and helpfulness of Dr Moore anymore than I did. We were in and out of there in 20 minutes with a contact lens to protect my cornea so it was no longer rubbing on the inside of eyelid, a prescription and instructions for care. I went from 9 out of 10 pain to being able to watch the Broncos game a couple of hours later, even if it was mostly through one eye. He advised that follow up is necessary and offered an appointment on Christmas Eve. They didn't take my insurance but the price for the visit was totally fair and not much more than my deductible. Well worth the cost. I couldn't recommend Dr Moore more!

I love Dr. Moore. I see him for cosmetic skin and eye treatments (IPL and RF) and the difference in my skin was noticeable almost immediately. He's always friendly and professional.

I had a great experience with Dr. Moore, however, the associates within the store damaged my glasses, which I am sure was by accident, as I had asked them to complete an adjustment on them. The lenses in the glasses now have a circular blurry spot, which when I tried them on and saw the spot, I took them off and tried to wipe, as I thought it was a smudge. The associates told me quickly that it was heat damage, but it could not have come from their machine. This is disappointing and unfortunate, as I would expect better care and responsibility from the company. Please make this right and replace my lenses that were not damaged when I brought them into you all. Please look at the photo, in both lenses you will see large blurry spots, which cannot be seen through clearly.

I was surprised by how good the doctor was. When I made the appointment it was only so I could renew my drivers license but I was very pleased to find how thorough my exam was. Dr Moore is very personable and I felt very competent. It was a huge surprise for a Target store.

The Dr was great very efficient and informative. The girl at the counter was kind, patient, and helpful.

I made an appointment because of the great reviews, but I sadly feel like I didn't experience that. I felt like my appointment was rushed, and the doc seemed a bit annoyed, condescending and dismissive with me. I don't feel like I got the caring in-depth individual care that everyone else commented about. I could have gotten the same type of appointment at a cheaper chain store. On top of that, my prescription is very wrong. It is WAY too strong for my needs. And now I can't even use the glasses I ordered and spent $ on. In addition I need to spend more $ to get get another exam elsewhere! The only good part about my visit was Jordan at the front desk. She was so sweet, welcoming and super friendly. She is also knowledgeable and passionate about her job. If it weren't for her, I would have given less stars.

Dr. Andrew provided such an amazing service for my son. My son had an infection and made sure he was well taken care of. When I found out the insurance didn't cover his eye drops, he immediately called in an alternative. He also touched base a few days later to make sure his eye was better. From start to finish he was so helpful. Reading all of the previous reviews, I'm glad we found dr.Andrew. Just as everyone else, I agree that he has amazing bedside manner and very professional. He explained everything thoroughly so I can understand and made the experience easy and comfortable.
