I purchased my eyeglasses at this location in late 2023 expecting them to last for years given the price and the company's reputation. However, after several months, one of the lenses developed a visible bubble between its layers, which clearly appears to be a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear.
I have owned less expensive glasses in the past and never experienced anything like this, so the situation was both surprising and disappointing.
I visited the store hoping they would stand behind their product, but I was simply told that the warranty had expired and that I would need to purchase new lenses. While I understand warranty policies, when a product shows signs of a defect, customers reasonably expect a company to support the quality it promotes.
More than the defect itself, what disappointed me most was the lack of willingness to help or explore a solution. Customer trust is built not only at the time of sale, but also through the support provided afterward.
I hope management can review this situation and consider making it right. I would genuinely prefer to update this review to reflect a more positive experience.

Huge shoutout to I believe Roxanne for her patience with me and another frustrated customer at the same time this morning. She handled it perfectly, even though she was not at fault for either of the situations. She did amazing and even fixed my glasses. Dr. Woo is amazing also, I drove an hour just for her to do my exam. Highly recommend this location.

I bought a transition glasses on February 2023, on July the right lens on the bottom started like small water buildup. Since I live in NM I didn't go to the store and I was thinking the liquid from the glasses cleaner will evaporate. Then yesterday I noticed it's getting bigger. I took them to the glasses store and they said the transition is wearing off. I called the store and they said that I was almost due for another eye exam and they not able to do anything about it. I definitely not recommend this store.

I went to CO and I visit the store, Rosy the manager a very nice person send my glasses to replace the lenses. Nice working with her instead with the young employees

Bought a pair of glasses from Visionworks in Wheatridge. They had a large selection of glasses to select from. Their staff was really helpful in assisting me in selecting a pair. They also took my vision insurance. It was so easy to select and order from them. I like that they have a 100 day exchange which made me feel more confident in my selection knowing I had options if I wasn't completely satisfied. I love my new glssses and will be returning soon for sunglasses.

I initially went to this store because I figured a bigger brand name store would have more to choose from for glasses frames, etc. What I didn't expect was to find a place that feels like a small, family-owned shop. The same people I first met 2-1/2 years ago are still there, and they are like old friends. I sometimes will just stop by to say hi and have some laughs. The staff and doctor are also very knowledgeable, honest, and caring. I highly recommend this store to anyone.
