I've had nothing but Great experiences & customer support here!! From Dr. Roberson to Corrina and ALL the front staff helpers. Every single interaction has been helpful, thorough, and with attention to detail. My expectations have been exceeded... from my exams, to finding the right glasses and contacts, to purchasing, and even to the care involved for helping me get further necessary testing. With how bad customer interactions can be nowadays, I wanted to be certain to share how pleased I've been through my several interactions with this entire team!!! Dr. Robison was great! He took time to listen and make sure my contacts were correct. After after three days I was still having issues so he brought me back in and adjusted everything quickly for me.
I actually haven't been to a WM vision center, I must give a shout out to Coreena!!! She's absolutely amazing, she goes above and beyond for us to make sure we're satisfied! We'll definitely recommend them!

This is the best Walmart Vision & Glasses Center I have ever been too!!! Dr. Colin Robison and his staff were very attentive to my needs. They also, gave me the best deal possible on my contacts and were extremely helpful in answering all my questions I had about my eye exam. I highly recommend you come here for all your vision needs! Really really bad customer service. I had my own frame and brought it in so I could have my new prescription put into my new frame. So I pick them up they look great.. 2 months later they crack on the right side as if the lense is to big and cracked the frame. I ordered the same exact frame and figured I could fix the problem by puttin the lenses in my new frame.. HUGE PROBLEM. The lenses don't fit the frame. It is the exact same frame I brought in the first time and the lenses don't fit ?? My question to them was how did you get it in the frames in the first place? I asked them if they could please fix my glasses and they said they couldn't do anything about it?? I don't understand why? I'm stuck with lenses that don't fit any frame not even the exact same one I reordered after the first one broke. I spent 400$ on everything.. I was really upset and pretty much handicapped since I can't do anything without my glasses. I had to save my money and get new lenses and a new frame and spent a whole 350$ but I went to a different vision store. I won't shop at this store ever again. They don't care about there customers.

The ladies out front were helpful and smiley *Sarah and Marlaina* one gave me a hug (after I asked lol, I was so happy I had glasses on the way!). The Doctor, whose first name was Collin so I just think of him as Dr.Collin, he came out when I showed up early to look at frames and offered to see me ahead of time. There was a problem with my medicaid insurance but he made sure it went through so my exam was covered. THEN he started asking me questions about the migraines I'd mentioned. I never had a doctor ask me about it so much! I figured I just needed glasses, but apparently the migraines/dizziness are neurological and not from bad vision -- he was insistent about my seeing a doctor. He may have just helped me more than I can say and Im totally gonna see a specialist! THEN he gave me a thorough eye exam AND answered all of my dorky science questions about the machines. I felt very cared for. They dont have the cutest selection of frames, but I found a pair I liked. I got the exam, the frames, and EVERY type of fancy lens treatment (transition/scratch/warranty/glare/etc) for $230. It would have been under $100 if I didnt go full tilt on the lenses. :)
