AWFUL Customer Service! Receptionist was absolutely terrible. I'm a patient and was just trying to schedule an appointment and she kept me on the phone for 5 minutes while she looked at the doctor's schedule and then asked if two months out was too long. I said something sooner would be better if available and she asked me to hold while she checked something. 10 minutes later comes back on and asked how she could help me. I explained we'd already started the appointment setting process and she said ok, hold one minute. 7 minutes later comes back on to ask how she can help me! I told her this was ridiculous and at this point I'll just find another doctor to get an appointment. Her reply, "sounds like a good idea." Service matters... and she is losing them business.

Absolutely love this office! From the first phone call with Cassandra, to Ellie,Tony, Dr. Austin, Amy, and Sharon great great friendly team. Just moved here and this was my first visit. Thank you for making this Florida girl welcome!

I will update this review after my first visit tomorrow. But for now, I want to say that the receptionist I spoke with at the Farmington location was extremely kind and efficient, and clearly knows her stuff -- I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name, as I was in a bit of a panic (I called the number of my retired ophthalmologist in hopes someone had set up shop there -- they had! I'm dealing with an acute eye issue and had been using LensCrafters for routine eye exams since Dr. Scarpati, my former doctor, retired. Now I understand the limitations not having a primary optometrist/ophthalmologist. The prospect of losing one's vision is terrifying)
