Horrible customer service and zero organization. I arrived at 10:30 for my 10:40 appointment, but did not get taken in until 11:00. I sat in a room for 30 minutes, but never saw a doctor. After 30 minutes of sitting (one hour spent there at this point), I asked the nurse how much longer it would be, and she said it would be another 30 minutes, putting me at 90 minutes spent there, "because the doctor is remote". I had to get back to work, so I spent over an hour there, never saw a doctor, and never got an exam. I will not be returning, and I suggest staying far far away if you like your time to be respected.

I have been a patient for over 4 years and this location has gone downhill. Horrible customer service upon arrival; they act as though you are bothering them. Now there are no physical doctors onsite & I was never notified. I called for an eye emergency today and the person ansering the phone was extremly rude. Avoid this place

I have been blown away by the exceptional care and team approach I have received at MyEyeDr with Dr. Flynt and Susan Chun, General Manager. Dr. Flynt was able to identify an uncommon condition in my eye and not only diagnosed accurately but provided appropriate care and excellent referral to a cornea specialist in the area. She has been actively following up on my care and progress. Susan, general manager has been a tremendous asset to the group as she has vast insurance and clinical knowledge with respect to lenses and frames. Their patient centric approach is hands down the best I have seen in any medical office. I have to admit I had been to the office before and was not terribly impressed. I was ready to look for more competent care elsewhere. But the last few weeks with this team has solidified my opinion that this is the eye doctor for me. I would highly recommend this team for your eye care.

I had my annual eye exam today and everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. Jay(I hope I got this name right) at the front desk was awesome and we had a great conversation before my actual exam. Codi and Susan were absolutely amazing and both of them are hilarious. They made today feel like the easiest appointment ever and were so welcoming. There were very few moments we weren't laughing about something the other had said. Susan was also extremely helpful when it came time to order my next supply of contacts. I absolutely recommend this location and everyone involved with it! :)

This was my first time visiting this practice. Everyone was very friendly, caring and thorough. Jay at the front desk is super efficient and very pleasant to interact with. Jade was the person who worked with me. She quickly performed several exams while we were engaged in conversation so the time flew by. She also answered all of my questions, especially since they had additional tests and evaluations (extraordinarily thorough) which I had not seen before. I then had two video calls, first to check on the prescription strength and then the doctor who had reviewed the test results. What a wonderful and seamless process! Worked with Susan afterward for frame and lens selections. After narrowing down some choices and options, I ended up making a purchase at this time as well. With Susan, I never felt any sales pressure at all. She was only interested in helping me select the best option for me. I will be returning for sure and highly recommending as well!

On 10/30/24 I was given a diagnosis of glaucoma. I was told a doctor would follow up with me for a treatment program. That never happened! It's now 2/3/25, I've made 4 follow up calls with promises I'd get a call back, that didn't happen either! This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had, especially considering it involves my eye sight! It seems all this place wants to do is bill your insurance for BS tests! When it comes time for actual treatment for the diagnosis they give you, they ghost you! My Eye Doctor, don't bother reaching out to me, I'm moving on to another practice that is actually interested in helping me! Update, In response to My Eye Doctor's comment below, no one has called or emailed me about resolving this issue! Their statement is not truthful!

I had a great experience at My Eye Dr in Avon CT today. I got an appointment within the same week when I stopped in! Everyone is so pleasant and professional including Codi,Bianca,Susan and Dr Mesiti . It's refreshing to go into a business where everyone is pleasant and helpful! Thank you for a great experience!

This office is a joke. Good luck! I made two appointments online. The next day I get a call that my appointment was double booked/cancelled & that my son was too young to be seen by them. I said "great! I'll take my son's appointment!" Of course THAT appointment had also been cancelled by them. All of this would've been just fine had the lady on the other end of the line been the least bit sympathetic or taken any responsibility for their error. She acted as if it was MY fault! Of course I was able to find an appointment elsewhere with a much more pleasant office.
