The constant lateness of the appointment times is a complete turnoff - the West Hartford location does 5xs the amount of patients on time - Not a fan of this location as of my 2nd visit !

I wanted to express my appreciation and gratitude to the man (forgot his name) who helped me pick out a new eyeglass frame and fitted them to me when they came in. He went way above and beyond to help me. He did a ton of teaching as to how to get used to progressives etc. He is the type employee that everyone should have! The Avon Solinsky office is by far the best! The staff are so wonderful and kind. The lady at the front desk (I think her name is Evette?) is so kind and funny, I love seeing her when I have to come in. When picking out glasses (Gabby?) was very helpful as well. The staff here all have the best attitudes and make a good experience. I've been to other solinsky locations and this is by far the best one!!!

Evette was the most polite person I've have had the pleasure of meeting in a very long time! The tech that worked with me prior to the doctor coming in was also polite!! Then the doctor just topped off the whole experience. As much as I did not like the drive to Avon because of the distance from Newington, it was the best office visit that I have had in a very long time! The staff are amazing! Great teamwork, great vives, and the staff are just simply polite! Worth the drive! By the way I only traveled to Avon because it was the first available appointment. I would not hesitate to go there again! Thank you to all!!
