We are satisfied with the doctor, but this review is about the front office staff.
Again. When will doctors learn that this first impression is a reflection on them, or is it just impossible to find competent, polite help to answer phones these days? Medical care is not a monopoly, and I have left so many practices because of rude, gatekeeping phone girls. In this instance, my father, in an attempt to make an appointment, told the girl he was unable to hear her. What did she do about it? She hung up on him! I guess she decided you did not need his business, Dr. Kaplan. Baffling customer service.

Unfortunately office staff are very rude charge 2 dollar for mask, or cancel your appointment. No matter how many times you visit the office as patient. I have no idea how the doctors made those ridiculous rules. More than 10 years as patient never-ever go back to the office they need to make sure the rules are not affecting they're patients to walk away.
