I had an outstanding experience at this office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. The office itself is clean and comfortable. The staff made scheduling incredibly easy, accommodating my availability and ensuring I found a convenient appointment time without any hassle. Dr Simon was incredibly thorough, taking the time to address all of my concerns as well performed a thorough exam. I felt very confident in their care and expertise. The entire visit was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for excellent and professional eye care!

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Andrew Simon and the team at the Vision Center Associates in Bridgeport, CT, and I cannot recommend them enough! I had an eye emergency myself. I cant remember the gentleman's name but my male doctor not only got the debris out of my eye but was good about it. Then gave me the right drops for a random inflammatory issue in my eye. Then they proceeded to wait and then washed it out again as a just in case and fixed me right up. I also didn't have insurance at the time of course but they definitely took great care of me. I would absolutely recommend this place to others. I'm really not sure why all the bad reviews but i had an excellent experience. I'm thinking others expectations might be too high but again, my experience was wonderful despite my severe discomfort.

As new patients, my wife and I did have to wait a bit for our appointment to come around, but the wait was worth the reward. Everyone was helpful and courteous and responsive to our needs and issues. I tried progressive lenses, and unfortunately, they were not for me. I brought them back (within 30 days) and asked for regular distance lenses, and they happily obliged, no charge. My wife got tint on 2 pairs of lenses, and one of the pair came back lighter than the other. She asked that they get re-tinted (or whatever is done), and they took them and sent them out again to the lab with no fuss. We made our appointments for next year's annual exam before we left.

Dr. Simon was awesome! I was in and out, but my relatively quick time in there was very comfortable, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and nice. I'm not one to get routine check ups but I wouldn't mind at all, he's very clear about what's going on and somehow got me interested in learning more about optometry now lol

The hispanic lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit. I was trying to clarify my insurance coverage and was met with dismissive behavior, no eye contact, whispering to a colleague, and visible annoyance. When I asked if I was being a bother, she denied it but continued acting disrespectfully. Completely unnecessary and uncomfortable experience.

I had a GREAT experience with Dr. Simon he answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me . I recommend this place so much! The front end workers were so very kind and the woman who helped me with trying on glasses was honest with which pair to go with! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!! Thank you Dr. Simon!

I have been going here since I was born essentially. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. They are thorough when explaining the different options for glasses and lenses (big thank you to Elyse for helping me over the years as I am not the easiest client!) I can't recommend this place enough. Fantastic staff and wonderful doctors. Highly recommend!
