Family Vision Center - Bridgeport

Great doctors but the staff sucks. Been calling since morning till closing for 3 days in a row and nobody picks up. First they sent my prescription to the wrong city now no answer. Switching clinic asap

Dr. Helen Ambizas is the best -- she always takes the time to answer my questions and truly listens to my concerns about my contacts. I recently saw another provider, and the experience felt very awkward and somewhat rushed. Huge shoutout to the tech who took my images and did the air-puff test to prepare me to be seen. I never forget her whenever I come in -- her level of customer service and professionalism is always on point. She could definitely train the receptionist's on customer services skills!! Plus, her hair slays!!! I never got her name, but she's around 5'5" with dyed blondish highlights and a slim frame. Thank you!!! - skincode of Fairfield

Always a pleasure seeing Dr Burns for my appointment. He takes the time to explain my care, offer options, and answer my questions. Nothing is rushed or forced. The rest of the staff are very personable as well, which makes the overall visit great!

Excellent and efficient service! The administrative and nursing staff are very courteous, professionally friendly with good manners. They make you feel welcome and committed to give you the best customer and medical service. The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable explaining in details my eye exams results and answering all my questions in detail. The medical facility is well located, beautiful, clean, very organized and modern with state of the art equipment and latest technology. They had a great relaxing background music everywhere and of course...singing crickets inside the elevator shaft. Hah! My kudos goes to Jennifer, Ashley, Liz, Valerie, Yesibell, Dr. Shawn Burns and in general to all the staff. I highly recommend this eye care center which they also have a cool big selection of eye glasses. Cheers!

First time going there and it was a great experience service 10

If I could give no stars I would . First you have to wait months for an appointment. Then when you show up ( if you're new especially) without your medical card they will refuse to see you even thought you tried everything to get to the card they don't care they waste your time and money . Even though they have your insurance number even though you have the main card even though you have id and all medical papers they will still refuse you over a card . Would not recommend . Also I was a patient here long ago so happy I left when I did .
