No communication between staff or so disorganized. I was in accident and couldn't walk. I needed to find a doctor to help with my FMLA paperwork. So I spoke to a lady, explained my situation and she gave me a virtual appt for a week. On the day of my appt they never called. So I did. The man that picked up said my appt was to go in and now I have to be in a waiting list...
Wasted a whole week for nothing and of course they don't care..
They have terrible reviews anyways..
Definitely come here ... if you have no intention of getting better. I had been a patient for some time and over the years I have overlooked a lot of things. But in 3 years being here I've had 6 different primary care physicians. Even the doctors do not want to work here. I tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment just to get Rx's re-filled. For two weeks "the calendar for the next week isn't open for appointments yet, we'll call you in a couple of days". Over the weekend I get sick, go to urgent care. Upper respitory infection. they can't prescribe me anything becasue my blood pressure is too high. I try making another appointment and get the same song and dance so I go in person. They see me same day. Things are looking up. Medication Rx's are all renewed. I call pharmacy, the Rx for anti-biotics for my infection never sent in. I call them to inform them of this. They take a message. "Someone will call back in 24-48 hours". Forget my story ... think about this ... what does it say about a place when the doctors don't want to work here. Here's another question, what does it say about the quality of people who do stay there to work.
I am an RN Case Manager and have many patients who use this clinic. I assist with care coordination and this clinic has been the worst to work with. It is so hard to get a call back. Today I called to assist my patient with making an acute care appointment. The first girl I spoke to tried to be very helpful, but she wasn't able to help. She transferred me and that girl "tried" to find a slot, but ended up literally hanging up on me. The call did not drop, she literally hung up the phone. Needless to say I assisted my patient with making an appointment with a while different doctor at a whole different practice. The difference was like night and day. It's disgusting how these people practice.
Julian Vallon supposed to be a Dr and she never helped with nothing only to prescribe me pills. And delayed my care for many months I'm glad she's not my primary doctor no more. But this place don't really care about their patients unless you're passing out then is your fault too.
I decided to make an appointment with my primary care doctor, Motenero. I arrived to my annual physical appointment on 8/24/2020, where I had a very great experience with every single staff member. Starting with the receptionist in the very beginning, checking your temp. and making sure you have an appointment. Than i was greeted by the friendly receptionist at the window, who made sure i had my demographics up to date and all. I was called to the back by the Medical Assistant ( I don't remember her name) who was also very professional and thorough with her questions, eye exam, ear exam and vitals. I than expected my primary care doctor to be in the room after her. However, I got an awesome Physician Assistant named Maria Perez. I was very comfortable, being that it was the first time I've met her. She was great. I was able to explain my concerns to her and received tips and answers in reply. She was also very professional as well as thorough. Everything i expected to get out of my Annual exam was covered by Mrs.Perez. From talking about my good/bad habits, medical concerns, and being referred for several test to be sure i'm okay. I was also referred to a program they have that is just to keep on top of my healthy habits through FaceTime with another staff member. I really appreciate all their hard work, professionalism, kindness and attentiveness. I will definitely recommend Maria Perez and her staff. 5 stars to you all, Thanks
If your kid or yourself suffer from mental health please do not bring them here they do not keep up with refills on medications and when you call it's always a run around I suffer from depression and been without meds for 3 days. Tuesday called they told me my doctor was in and they will send him a note waited all Tuesday heard nothing fast forward this morning (Wednesday)I call again my doctor won't be in for the rest of the week how is that safe?? 3 days with no medication
My mom has been waiting for 1 year to see her doctor. And one day before her appointment with her doctor gave to face, they told her the doctor couldn't see her. My mom is 77 years of age with arthritis in her knees. This is not acceptable, I'm very disappointed. Please treat your elderly patients better, we have enoughb with COVID-19. Thank you.
