I happen to need an emergency appt a few years ago. A job opportunity required I have an exam and things were moving pretty fast. She had my results whipped up, in the format they requested, swiftly. It's 3 years later .... I already have my frames. I'll be "seeing" her tomorrow. She's so proficient and all her gadget really work. There's no glitter, frills, n thrill here.... but I'm telling you "ShE's GooD".

Dr. Kim was very nice and easy going. I called and within two days i had an appointment. Very nice home-based office with no long waiting. I also called and scheduled an appointment for my resident, and she made him one for next day. Kim is very nice, and I love the office. She helps both me and my daughter with our glasses.

Dr. Stevens is a very nice lady and she can come off as a rude person to some by the way she speaks but I assure you she's far from that. Very knowledgeable and professional. She tells you exactly how it is and sugar coats nothing. But that is what you need to do when talking to people about their vision. I had selected frames which I thought were a good fit. She said in a very funny way that they make you look like a fly.. She could've sent me out looking like Baxter Stockman from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles but she said this. This is what I mean when I said she could come off as rude but I didn't take it like that. Not only does she ask you to look at her so she can see what they look like on you, she has you look in a mirror to see if you like the frames. Not pushy at all. During the exam she had to get very close to my face for something and I had to tell myself if you laugh right now it won't be good. She is a great recommendation for your vision needs. In addition, don't forget to say hello to her cat.

Dr Stevens is the best!! She really cares about helping people see and doesn't try to push unnecessary products or designer frames. I always have a fun time at her office.

Dr Steven's is the best. She genuinely cares about her patients. She will go above and beyond to help her patients.

Dr Stevens has been my eye doctor for more than a decade. Very professional and personable. Small office (used to go to an eye dr factory) and a much better experience, as the Dr takes MUCH more time with each patient. Recommend her all the time.

super rude. Called to asked a question about an employees glasses that were made and she spoke with such an attitude and with little to no manners or respect. 0 stars.

Visiting Dr. Stevens was a wonderful experience. She fit me in very last minute (within just an hour of calling thanks to a cancellation) and was very professional, efficient, and courteous!
