I have been coming to this office for decades because the entire staff ihas always worked well together to create a comfortable and stress-free environment. The optometrists really know their field and are consistently calming and patient with answering all of my questions. One can tell they keep up with current knowledge and practices but they never come across as condescending or arrogant. My children also truly enjoy their visits with Doctor Shafran.

The staff at Moore Eye Care are wonderful and so nice. They greet you with a smile and are willing to answer and questions you may have. Dr. Taddie is amazing and is wonderful with children. She is so wonderful to my little guy. They explain everything in detail so that you understand everything. The whole staff is so friendly and they care about you as a person. I highly recommend Moore Eye Care for adults and children.

Took my toddler today for an annual visit. He is afraid of going to doctors and they were SO good with him. Maria and Dr Moore made him feel so comfortable and we got through the appointment with no tears. Thank you!

I have been a patient for years and never had to deal such incredibly rude front end staff. They make no effort to work with you, they're very comfortable with insulting clients and are quick shoo you away like you're an inconvenience. I dont know what happened here but people need to relax. Also, it seems like if theres an unfavorable review they delete them. If you're looking into this place. I called in the beginning of the year and was told they were booked until 2025.

You get a very thorough eye exam with some of the latest technology. The staff are very nice, they tell you what they are doing and why. There is never a long wait in the waiting room. They have a decent selection of glasses and they work well with my insurance. The wait time for glasses is not terribly long. The prices for their glasses are very reasonable.i would totally recommend them.

My first time at the office and I met Dr. Condron who examined my eyes and she was very sweet, patient, knowledgeable, gentle, and helpful! When I scheduled for an appointment, I immediately was scheduled to come in the next day. The young lady over the phone had the sweetest voice and was very professional. The staff are amazing and friendly! One of the optometrists, I think her name was Donna or Dawn was thoroughly knowledgeable of my insurance coverage. Very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this office.

Great office for the entire family. I love that i can be seen in an office that also excepts children. I particularly like the office because the staff is very nice! Dr. Fern is by far the best!!! Very patient, kind, knowlegable and down to earth. Some qualities that are hard to find in one person lately. I give 4 stars only because my insurance doesn't cover frames or contacts and that can get pricey when ordering glasses for multiple family members. The office also charges a one time sitting fee if you order contacts $150 which i think is a little pricey. But, if you are looking for a friendly office with great quality care I would recommend this office.

As a follow up to the review I made below, the office manager contacted me and did everything she could to make this right. Based upon that phone call, I have much more respect for the integrity of the business!!! Eye doctor was great. I did not have good luck when it came to getting new glasses. (Shouldn't have anything to do with luck, they are supposed to be professionals). The glasses I ordered took 60 days to come in. When I choose my new frame, they led me to believe thy were going to fit the new lenses into the those frames and it would take 30 days. (I wanted real glass, not plastic). Three weeks later they called and said my frames were back ordered and had just came in. After another 3 weeks, I received a call telling me the glasses came in, but the prescription was wrong, but my contacts were ready. I told them I never ordered contacts. When my glasses finally did come in, I mentioned how displeased I was at having to wait as long as I did. The person fitting the glasses was nice, but started to make excuses. On the way out after being fitted, the person at the desk made more excuses about how it wasn't their fault instead of apologizing for the delay. Additionally, she became defensive and rude when I mentioned that, as professionals, they couldn't shift the blame for the failures onto someone or something else, especially as they were the ones i handed my money over to. The fact is, they totally dropped the ball. Instead of owning it, they tried to pass the blame. Very bad business practice. I am looking for a new Eye Care Center if anyone has any suggestions.
