I'm so happy I got my glasses at Walmart. My first language isn't English, but it didn't matter because they made an effort to make sure I understood EVERYTHING. They have a wide variety of eyewear styles and excellent prices.
They made my glasses in two or three days and notified me every day until I was finally able to pick them up. I went to pick them up with just five minutes to close, and they treated me very kindly and didn't mind me taking up their time. I highly recommend them!

I've been going here for the past 12 years. It's always the same eye doctor which is very nice. The staff is professional, I wouldn't say overly friendly, but not mean or rude at all. Prices are reasonable for contacts and eyeglasses.

Went by here to see if I can get some frames but they were not very helpful and it was just a very crappy experience. Will not come back here. Recommend Target optical they have much better customer service

I had an exam for my glasses and contacts, The doctor was great and the optician that helped me was Diane. Diane was absolutely great! She was so helpful and friendly! I was having a hard morning and she turned my day around! She was so professional and handled everything phone call so well despite being busy! I will definitely keep working with Walmart eye center!!

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses for my son, that was a month ago, 2 weeks ago I called inquiring about the status of the glasses and was told that they had to be sent back to the lab because they didn't pass inspection. As of today I can't get through to Walmart eye center nor the main number for the store, no one is answering any phones. I am going to have to make a special trip to the store which is not close, just to figure out what is going on. I am pretty disgusted with this.

I've been going to Walmart vision center for 3 or 4 years. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the Optometrist is easy to talk to and very nice. I recommend them to everyone I know. I'm not sure why these people are complaining. I've been to a few different eyeglass places and Walmart Vision Center has exceeded my expectations.

I had a good experience with my appointment for my contacts but after trying out 2 different brands of contacts I have been calling for 3 weeks during the hours they are open and they never answer the phone. I will be going to another eye care place. I don't think that I should have to drive to Walmart just to speak with someone.

At the vision center close to close. Yes a little late but only there to pick up glasses i already ordered and they wouldnt wouldn't serve me. Great customer service. Should always have somone to be able to retrieve customers order.
