Your Eyes of Bristol

I came to Craig after failed my search at several boutique and big brand places. Finally I found this little place in Bristol. I need a progressive lens with a slightly broader far vision for driving, while keep a good mid range for looking at GPS screen. I also need him to put a pair of new lens onto an old frame. This is something many stores could not offer, or with really high expenses. Craig is a great listener. He understands my needs. He could meet all these needs. I will definitely come back again. We need these local based old fashioned eye glasses stores with a human touch. Thank you Craig! Lee

Dr. Craig is both professional and personable. He's very knowledgeable in all things about eyes & options for glasses and contact lenses. The office has a great selection of frames, and the glasses were ready within a week. I was also able to get a trial pair of contact lenses after my exam and educated on the differences of daily versus monthly contact wear. Additionally, I came into the office to have him repair a loose screw in the arm of the glasses, which was done efficiently and even adjusted them. I recommend Dr. Craig to anyone interested in finding a reputable eye dr. & office. Thank you Dr. Craig for your kindness and relaxed vibe.

For what it's worth I have to say Craig is an upstanding person. I had issue with my insurance not covering most of the cost and he was able to adjust the bill accordingly. He explained it all and now made it reasonable. If you want a more personable experience and not feel like a number this is the place. Not to mention the glasses he made for me are the best quality I ever had. I have high prescription and these are super thin. Looking through the lenses are crisp and clear. I was really impressed with the craftsmanship. Thanks Craig for fixing it.

I have a difficult prescription to fill and the staff were great in helping me find the right frames for my prescription and getting the lenses correct. They special ordered a frame I found online. They were so patient with me and the price was about $100 less than I've paid at lens crafters. I will definitely be back again! Would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Your eyes of Bristol. Craig was very personable and professional. He took his time with assisting me in selecting my frames. He explained the differences between the various frames so I could make my decision. They were ready within a week. The price was very reasonable for what I wanted. Had an appointment for both my autistic kids almost a year in advance which few days before gets canceled without reason. Wait 2 months for following appointment which I confirmed 2 weeks ahead, just to show up and have them tell me that they're appointment is canceled and they don't know why. After missing a day of work and pulling them from school early. Only thing they can say is we have to reschedule you. So unorganized and unprofessional.

We traveled from Michigan back to Your Eyes to get a pair of glasses fixed. Not only did they perform free maintenance, but gave us a complimentary part that could no longer be purchased from the manufacturer. They even remembered my partner's name, after 8 years.
