Have come to this location multiple times purchasing glasses for my family..there has always been missteps every time I go to this location..I tried to keep my discontent to myself always replying with a smile..latest one 1st misstep placed order for my glasses and my sons..2-3 weeks later they text my sons glasses are ready..nothing for mine..I call them oh we forgot to pay for your glasses so they weren't ordered..people who buy glasses don't really need them right? a bit annoyed give them my payment information again..3 weeks pass no call saying they are ready..I have to call them to ask if they were ready..I bought 2 pairs had my son go in to get them for me because honestly I feel anxious when I go in there! He comes out with the cases in his hand no bag, glasses are upside down in the cases?? Last straw, I go in agitated asking why they didn't put the glasses in a bag along with a cloth..no apology right from the start bad energy..if you want a bag I'll give you one I say doesn't the customer deserve a bag and a cloth..she couldn't stop with the bad energy the manager was there nicest lady ever you will get the best treatment when she takes care of you! She had to say it you do deserve a bag..her only fault was not stopping that young lady in her tracks.I will be escalating so many people need jobs and a chance! This location needs to do better!

While they have a good selection and fair prices. The first person you meet is obnoxious, rude, untidy and not professional. My husband was waiting to receive a call when for the glasses he ordered, , no call. Contacted them and was told to come in, they were ready. Today we visited, this woman was on her phone and refused to acknowledge us. The initial visit was the same, i believe her name is Elizabeth arm tattoos with braids. She's needs training or removal. The other woman thats was there several weeks ago,while pregnant was very kind and professional.

Booked an appointment online for an in store eye glass and contact lenses exam. Drove 1 hr 50 mins to this specific store because they had availability and when I got there I am told they can only do part of my eye exam, I would need to come back on the 24th to do the contact lenses part of the exam. I told them to cancel appt and left. Since the time I booked the appt on Sunday i received multiple texts confirming the appt but nothing about needing to reschedule due to not having the necessary technician on. Just terrible communication from the store

Ordered a pair of glasses and was promised they would be shipped to another location. I had to call in and have them mail out the glasses because they never shipped them. Great selection of frames but the people at this location need to be replaced with AI.

An excellent experience. Dr Herron was very professional and thorough with his exam and was a pleasure to associate with. I would recommend him and America's Best should the occasion arise.

Came here on Tuesday for an eye exam. The tech that put me in the room for the test didn't even bother to sanitize the machines before having me put my face on them. The optometrist who did the actual exam touched my eyes with his bare hands. No gloves, didn't even bother to sanitize, and now three days I have some weird infection in my eyes. I'm waking up with my eyes extremely crusty so I'm not sure if it's pink eye or a stye coming in yet, but do not go here. I'll be Going to urgent care tomorrow.

Erin is so nice and I would come back just for her! She was on her own on a very busy Saturday and despite that, she handled everything so well. Seems strange that she was the only person up front considering how busy they were. Erin is the best!!!

After 10 days I called to see when my glasses would arrive. I was told, rather rudely, I'd get a call or text when my glasses arrived in the store however after two and a half weeks I had not been notified. I called and they said it had been there for four days... I paid extra for the anti reflection coating however when I put on my glasses the glare was the same as when I did not have my glasses on. I called and I was told the coating reduces the glare and doesn't get rid of it, but there was no difference in glare when I had my glasses off. They said to get a refund my glasses would have to be sent back and I'd have to wait again for a new pair. If you are going here for the 2 glasses for 75.95 with a free exam DO NOT pay for the extra coating (which adds an additional $120+ to the order) there will be no difference. I ordered two pairs of glasses on my initial visit and when I arrived to pick them up (after calling myself because I did not receive a message saying they were ready) one of the glasses was incorrect - a pair I did not order. Now I have to wait another - however long they'll take to be ready - and I know I won't receive a call or text when it's done. The only person I would recommend this place to is my worst enemy.
