Sometimes it's very hard to find a great doctor with great staff, Rebecca always, always gave us exceptional service and she did it with great enthusiasm and dedication. I would like Rebecca to get special recognition because she really deserves it. Rebecca's drive, kindness and enthusiasm makes her a great asset to this office and company.

Was a great visit as everyone was very pleasant and my questions were answered very quickly as everyone knows their job very well. The only downside was the sad news that the Manchester location is closing and now everyone has to go to Enfield for their eye care which is quite a bit further for someone like myself, my wife, my parents and my mother in-law.

I always loved going to doctor Delisle he's a great doctor! However they did give me someone else's prescription instead of my own which is a big mess up because private info was written on there... front desk issue

9.12.25 update: Dr Tu is unable to do surgery at his office due to renovations. He gets SOME slots at a facility in Ricky Hill, but very few. So...he won't be able to schedule my surgery for months and months. They are WAY backed up and we're NOT transparent (honest) about this. Had I known I would have started somewhere else. I'm looking elsewhere now for a new Dr. 2 thumbs down for not being transparent!!

I'm a fan of Dr Tu. Saw him for the 2nd time today and is very professional and instills confidence. Staff is also professional , friendly and efficient. I'm having Dr Tu do my cataract surgery and excited for the procedure and to see well again.

I've been coming to this practice for a couple of decades and I have no complaints with the doctors or the service received. Today I had Robin as my tech and she's fabulous. Super knowledgeable and share she's been in the industry for a few decades. She explains what she's doing, why, and gives thorough instructions on what the patient needs to do when being tested. Dr DeLisle remains the doctor I currently see and I like how before my appointment is concluded he always asks if I have any questions or concerns for him.
