Dr Stabile is the best. I am fortunate to have her as my eye doctor
Office ventilation should be improved. The ac system should be in the constant on posiion so that filtered air is continually coming out of the air vents.
Also the ceiling air vents should be cleaned and the filters changed more frequently

Dr Petashnick was my doctor for decades. When he retired, I was worried about finding another Eye doctor but I feel comfortable, knowing that Lu is still employed here. I've seen Dr Goldstein twice and he's personable, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen to, and answer, my questions without making me feel rushed. So far so good.

So grateful I found this practice! I came in really worried after noticing flashes and changes in my floaters, and I was relieved they could fit me in urgently. The visit was smooth, and both doctors were calm, thorough, and took my concerns seriously.
Dr. Goldstein explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. It turned out to be a migraine--which I never would have expected since I'm not someone who gets headaches--and I left feeling relieved instead of anxious.
Because of this experience, I've decided to make them my regular eye doctors. Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever. When I made the appointment, I was told that my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance would cover everything. The staff member even double-checked with her manager and guaranteed this.
On the day of the appointment--during a major snowstorm--I received a call asking me to arrive two hours earlier, effectively rescheduling my appointment the same day without prior notice.
When I finally arrived, I was then told there would be a $100 copay, which directly contradicted what I had been told when booking the appointment. I canceled and left.
This entire experience was a complete waste of time. The lack of communication and inconsistency clearly show that they do not value their customers' time.

I had a great experience with 4 Eyes. Everyone there was so nice. Dr Patel was amazing. So kind and helpful. She diagnosed me and explained clearly what the next steps are. She later followed up to see how I was. It shows that she really cares about her patients. I highly recommend 4 Eyes!

I was charged a $100 copay for a routine eye exam even though my insurance clearly states a $0 copay. The front desk told me I would need to seek reimbursement from my insurance, but when I contacted my insurer, they confirmed there should have been no charge and that the refund should come from Refocus. This conflicting information was frustrating and left me concerned about getting my money back.
While the doctor was pleasant, the eye exam itself was conducted by an assistant who rushed through it. The prescription measurements I received were significantly different from those I got at LensCrafters just a few months earlier where the exam and lens testing were much more thorough. I also had to wait about 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
