Dr. Hong was very pleasant and efficient with his craft! He made sure to cover all bases regarding my eye exam and I would recommend him to everyone needing eye care. I made an appt online. Pretty sure I did not see anything that stated you have to call 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. I had to call out this morning due to catching the stomach bug from my son. I called out a few hrs before I was to head in. I later got a call from Dr Hong telling me I need to call 24 hours in advance. The receptionist didn't tell me this, but you think she would have. I found it odd the Dr would call you personally about this. It was my first time at this place and I just made an appointment. Told him sorry, but I have the stomach bug and it started this morning. Who's gonna know ahead of time? I'm not going back here. I would understand if I've canceled before on short notice, but WOW. Found it unprofessional for Dr to call me about cancellation policy. You just lost me as a client. That is just so unnecessary for him to have done that.
