Both my visits a year and a half ago & today Dr. Hong and the retail sales employees made what could've have been a very stressful and expensive experience in to a pleasant one. Dr. Hong is very fast and efficient yet calming and puts you at ease. The retail department is very considerate & patient. They do not push sales, instead they work hard to find the best combination of style, frame/lense options and price point for you.
They all go above & beyond everytime.

with Dr.Hong, I couldn't have been more pleased. Lisbeth was so helpful and knowledgeable helping me choose frames and to all the specifics that needed to be addressed. She was fabulous. Dr. Hong was so thorough, relaxed and informative.
He knows the eye better than any eye Dr. I have ever gone to. I highly recommend this Optical Department at Target in Manchester, Ct.. And their selection of frames were exceptional as well.

As always, I had a great experience at my appointment today. Dr.Hong takes the time to explain everything clearly during the exam and always gives an honest opinion at the end which I really appreciate. Years ago before I started coming to Dr.Hong I was told I needed glasses when I didn't and ended up spending hundreds of dollars unnecessarily, so finding a doctor I can trust means a lot. He addressed every concern I had (eye twitching / floater) and always makes me feel comfortable and calm which I really appreciate since I am a bit of an anxious person.
