At BJ's I had a nice experience. She was attentive to what I needed. I bought 2 pairs of glasses plus protection on one the glasses. I find it hard to believe Bjs did not accept any of the eye coverage insurance that I had including Medicare. I suggest customers call ahead BEFORE YOU GO to BJ's, to find out if your vision insurance is accepted. Had I known, they did not accept any of my vision insurance, I am sure I would have shopped around elsewhere. BJs is not any less expensive than other eyeglass places. I checked. If I didn't have a BJs gift card for $25.00, my total bill would have been $573.57. See receipt below.

Picking out my glasses was an excellent experience but picking them up was a totally different story. Was completely rushed out of there. Had me try my glasses on while I was standing up. Didn't even ask me to sit. Was not a good experience

Betty was excellent! She was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure to speak with. I had my own Dr. perform the eye exam but when he wanted double what I paid at BJ's, I asked him to email me the prescription. However, after waiting several hours, Betty called the Dr's office and got the script in minutes. I ordered the glasses and picked them up within the time frame Betty told me. When I did pick them up, Betty was very patient in making them fit properly. All in all a good experience.
