Complete Family EyeCare

This was my first visit to Complete Family EyeCare for my annual eye exam, and it turned out to be a genuinely positive experience. The office is easy to find, tucked into a quiet corner of a strip mall, and once inside it feels open, clean, and well organized. The staff at the front desk was warm and welcoming. There is a fair amount of paperwork for first-time patients, which the staff jokingly referred to as "homework" while I was racing to finish it before my pre-screening began. That small moment set the tone--it immediately put me at ease rather than making the process feel tedious. The pre-screening with the technician was smooth and efficient, and my appointment started right on time. No unnecessary waiting, which I really appreciated. Dr. Lippi was wonderful--friendly, calm, and very thorough. She explained each step as she evaluated the health of my eyes, answered my questions clearly, and never made the exam feel rushed. She has an easygoing, approachable manner that would work especially well with kids. One thing that stood out is that the entire staff, including the doctor, is made up of women--something I found unique and refreshing. The atmosphere felt professional but relaxed, and it is easy to see this being a great practice for families. At the end of the visit, I was asked if I was interested in eyewear, and when I said I would decide another time, there was absolutely no pressure. Just a simple, respectful interaction. I had no hesitation scheduling my appointment for next year before leaving. I honestly wish I had found this practice sooner. As long as my insurance is accepted and the level of care stays this consistent, this will be my go-to eye care office.

Each of my visits over the last two years with this office has exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately kindness and compassion are not words I typically think of when it comes to my medical experiences these days exceptfor in this office. Complete Family Eye Care has "old school " values with modern day technology. I honestly wish all medical offices would step up like this office does. From first phone call to billing it is always a pleasurable experience.

Why did I make an appointment in November for my son's eye exam for February and provide my insurance information only to find out two days before his scheduled appointment that they aren't in network with my plan? They weren't even apologetic for waiting so long to even verify insurance? I am a healthcare provider also and I would not even book an appointment without verifying insurance.

Staff were super friendly and patient with my communication via phone and note, which I appreciate very much! Everything went efficiently, and I found a cute glasses frame that suits me. I received them in 7 business days. I am excited to see how they look after a while. They opened the door for me, and it went well! I would love to go there again if needed. They would be more than happy to answer your questions if you need to talk to them.

Been coming here for 8 years and was very good service and friendly staff . But my most recent experience was the opposite. Had appt for June but realized I had no more contacts , I have monthly ones so called to see if I could get one pair to hold me over , was told no as my eye exam was expired......I asked what am I supposed to do til June then w no response. I then said should I go somewhere else and cancel my appt ? The female was happy to cancel and Lise a customer. I then called back later and asked to have Dr Lippi call me back , this same female answered and was interrogating me as to what the purpose of this call was . She obviously knew why I was calling . No call back , no surprise. Hopefully this gets seen and someone talks to whoever is answering phone and costing them business. Call was made 4/21/25

Do not give me a breakdown of what my insurance paid. And they keep adding things and be sold off as premium when got the glasses the glass was even thicker that the one I had before and paid the premium for the better lense and is not worth it. Paid almost 300 dlls after insurance. They make up things to drive your bill up. Don't bother

This review is in regards to the optician department as the eye doctor is excellent compassionate and very professional. Once we had our prescription. We looked at the eyeglasses available. The opticians were not very friendly & seemed generally stressed. The selection of eyeglasses was very limited. The opticians have an attitude there that is not very friendly. The sunglasses my wife picked are beautiful however the side frame is a bit too long requiring major adjusting for tightening. They should of explained that this style really isn't the best option for her type. Also this was the only pair of glasses we bought here and our last. We went to New England Eye Care and what a difference. They had so many styles and designs the opticians were very friendly and helpful. We bought my glasses there and my wife bought her clear lens eyeglasses there. So overall a great place to get your eyes examined and your prescription but I would never buy glasses from them. Also the receipt never showed the breakdown of cost and what the insurance paid. New England Eye Care however gave us a beautiful receipt with a complete breakdown of costs. So giving two stars for the optician department as this review is reflective of this.

I had my first eye exam here at Complete Family EyeCare, and I had such a great experience! Everyone was so kind and informative. My optometrist Jacqueline Rohan explained each step of the appointment, and helped put my nerves about my first appointment at ease. I was able to fill my prescription for glasses on the premises which was really convenient! The whole appointment including picking out frames was a little under an hour. If you need a new optometrist or you have put off your first eye exam like I did I would definitely recommend calling Complete Family EyeCare! :)
