I have been going to MyEyeDr for years and the care I receive is incredible each and every time. Most recently I took my mom for an appointment and to get new glasses. Yail felt like family the way she assisted my mom and ensured she was taken care of. We laughed which made the process that much more fun and in the end my mom received the best product for her needs. We will continue to make MyEyeDr, Yail, and all of the lovely staff a part of our vision care needs for the forcible future.

I am a patient at the Manchester, Ct location. I recently went to the office to pick out a new pair of glasses. My friend that usually joins me to give her opinion was unable to come with me. I didn't need to worry though, because I was lucky enough to work with Tricia! Tricia was patient, gave me her honest opinion on frames I tried on, and then worked to compare pricing between insurance and promotions they had going on to get me the best price. I highly recommend this location for their frame selections and for Tricia's great help!

I have been a patient at this practice for over a decade and a half. From the doctors to every staff member, everyone is very sincere and attentive to their responsibilities. I would especially like to mention Yail. Her warmth and support during the process of ordering glasses are truly impressive. Kristi also deserves special mention. Her assistance on various occasions has been genuinely noteworthy. That said, if it were not for the inefficiency of the billing department, I would have given a five-star rating. My level of satisfaction is reduced due to their lack of professionalism. Despite providing accurate insurance information, receiving unnecessary bills and experiencing uncooperative behavior over the phone are concerning issues. The management should be more attentive in this area. My family members and I are big admirers of Dr. Motto at the Manchester location. Previously, we were all great fans of Dr. Sturgis, who has recently retired.

Not all MyEyeDr locations are created equal. The Buckland Street, Manchester location is the best! Amazing selection of designer frames. Kristy is wonderful! She helped me choose a beautiful Prada frame and made sure the prescription lenses fit and functioned perfectly. She also went above and beyond and helped me fix a botched pair of prescription sunglasses, purchased from another location. 5 star service!

Caroline was amazing! She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable from start to finish. She was super friendly, took her time, and really made sure I walked out with exactly what I wanted. I'm beyond happy with my new glasses -- they turned out perfect and feel incredibly comfortable. I couldn't have asked for better results!

I had a remote Optometrist appointment for annual eye exam and consultation. Alexia was kind and professional. The directions she gave me were easy to follow and it felt no different than a regular appointment. Clean and modern office. Very quick and easy. Would recommend even with remote visit.

Caroline was very helpful in getting the glasses I wanted in the desired size. She conveys competence. When the final product was complete, they fit well and I could see well. Working with Caroline was a great experience.

My first time going to MyeyeDr was a great experience. Everyone was kind and professional from to start to finish. Would recommend due to how quick and easy the process was. I arrived and not even 5 minutes later I was being brought to the back room. I don't know exactly how long I was in there but it felt like I was there 20 minutes in and out. The pressure test that I hate doing at other places was a breeze and there was an option to skip being dilated for photos. I took the advice of taking the photos and I didn't have to leave with blurred vision. The photo machine was quick. With easy directions move closer or further away to it until you get a green light. The doctor made sure he explained and answered any questions I had before I left. Very different from other places I've been.
