Original Doctor was Dr. Tu, my appt was delayed, delayed...then I was told he no longer sees his patients, with BC/BS Ins. I made an appt with Dr. Hamm who I believe is an OUTSTANDING doctor, as is Dr. Tu. Only to be informed that this doctor too, will not be staying with this practice. There's no stability from this office for future appts for me.

Dr Ham was able to diagnose my eye condition so I am grateful but it is frustrating to be told that this is genetic eye disease that can't improve and basically only gets worse without some kind of surgical intervention basically and I don't have any information to give you and go on Mayo Clinic to give more information while I wait to be referrred to a cornea specialist. I'm usually told not to go on the internet to look up information it will be nice if they had some kind of information to give to patients so I don't have to do my own investigation while I'm waiting to be referred now I'm freaking out waiting.

He took his time with me answering any questions I had. His professional and friendly manner immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease that I had made the right decision to have surgery and he is to be performing it.

Excellent visit. I was scheduled for a JAG visit. The medical assistant was thorough. Dr. Fichman was attentive, friendly and he diagnosed the issue quickly. I feel confident about going back in October for the procedure he explained to me. All the staff was competent other than the 2nd floor receptionist who had me stand at the check in window for 12 minutes while I watched her continue to type. She said "I'll be with you when I'm ready". Finally another staff member walked in and she was suddenly ready. Minus the check in it was a very good overall experience.
