Excellent experience every time with Dr. Luiza Youssefi at Meriden Eye Care. The exam is always smooth, thorough, and very pleasant. Dr. Youssef is attentive, professional, and takes the time to make sure everything is clearly explained. The staff is also wonderful--friendly, efficient, and very welcoming, which makes the entire visit easy and comfortable. Highly recommend! !

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember the name of the optician I saw before the doctor, but he was SO nice! The office was beautiful and clean. This was my first visit and I will absolutely be back!

I had my first visit with Dr. Luiza Yussefi and was very happy with the process. Dr. Yussefi and her staff were professional and super nice, and knowledgeable. I need specialized lenses and after the fitting I feel my vision will be greatly improved after a 40 year struggle for better vision. I highly recommend her.

Very great place, very nice atmosphere.very nice people. My brother, misplaced his wallet, and the staff helped us find it even though it was on his persons. And tucked under his beanie, they were still very nice about it.

I've gone here twice now for exams and purchased glasses and sunglasses. This place is fantastic. The Doctor is bar none the most professional and caring doctor going. They work with a lot of different insurances, they itemize everything for you before submitting billing. The equipment is all up to date. There's nothing here you cannot put your eye on. The place is clean and staff have a great sense of humor. The selection of glasses for adults and children is extensive. I would keep an eye out for appointments here :).

The staff were great , Doctor great and discussed new prescription and what's the next steps were. Very thorough exam. I was able to ask to use my frames as they were only two years old and I paid $300. Needed progressive. Then went to next person whom handled the prescription and paperwork for my new lenses. Before I made the appointment I specifically asked if my insurance was accepted and the front desk receptionist said yes. I asked three times. I was assured but then at the end I was told that my insurance wasn't accepted. I had to use a credit card and pay cash for the rest. I'm going to call my insurance company. I'm very upset because I'm on disability. I only receive once a month pay. It was the receptionist fault for not doing her job correctly. I have to borrow money to pay for the balance and now have an additional payment a month for my glasses. In 7 days I have to come up with the rest. Very discouraged. Now I have to eat cereal until I get paid again. And still waiting for a place to live.

Been coming here for a few years now and I received nothing but amazing experiences. Staff are respectful and kind.
